Daniel Gonya

Mr. Gonya has 25 years of experience in direct sales, marketing, sales management, and most recently as Managing Director, North America for a multi-national surface protection film corporation. Over the years, Mr. Gonya has received multiple sales awards while establishing a successful record of accomplishment identifying market needs and developing sales strategies which resulted in increased revenue and market share. In a leadership role, Mr. Gonya led a restructuring effort successfully guiding the company through the difficulties created by the most recent economic downturn through budgeting, management, and increasing operational efficiencies, emerging as a more profitable business better adapted to the challenges of the new economy. After many years of success in a wide range of roles, Mr. Gonya is enjoying conquering the challenges that have come along with his new role at Streetlight Concepts.

Kimberly Garvey

Kimberly Garvey is an accounting and finance professional with seventeen years experience. She holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing and a Master of Science in Accounting from Western New England University. Kimberly brings into focus a diverse background with experience in personnel management, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, auditing, inventory control, forecasting and analysis. Kim is an energetic and independent individual who has managed projects from transitioning businesses over to new enterprise software solutions to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Currently, Kimberly is the Financial Analyst for several companies in varied fields. In this capacity, she is able to lend her knowledge and extensive experience to help these companies address human resource issues, manage cash, produce financial statements and analyses that help manage costs and grow the business.

Michael Lyons - CEO

Mr. Lyons has over twenty years of experience in the medical device industry. After graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1991 with a BS degree specializing in finance and marketing, he returned to his family's business at Brimfield Precision, Inc., to head one of the manufacturing departments and to assist in the operations of the business. Mr. Lyons, in 1996, co-founded Blackstone Medical, Inc., an orthopedic company specializing in the spinal instrumentation and implant market. He was responsible for instituting many of the company's policies and procedures in network systems, quality, distribution, customer service, purchasing, sales and marketing. As Chief Operating Officer, he participated in every aspect of the company's growth from zero to $92M in worldwide sales within ten years, before being acquired by Orthofix International. Upon the sale of Blackstone Medical, Mr. Lyons founded Streetlight Concepts, a consulting company focused on operations, systems, and strategic analysis for new and emerging companies.
