Jay Fedora

Jay Fedora obtained his Bachelor's degree from MIT and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Jay has over 25 years of consulting experience specializing in strategic planning, process improvement and organization change management. He is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and an expert in performance management measurement systems. Jay has worked for both large and specialized consulting firms and previously owned his own consultancy.

Mark A. Cook

Mark Cook graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University, with his Bachelor's Degree. He also earned both a Master's and a Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Cook has been consulting to businesses and coaching business executives for over three decades. Dr. Cook is certified in business coaching (expert level) & time management. He previously taught courses at the university level, at Washington University in St. Louis, where he was an adjunct faculty member. He also has a personal history of starting and operating numerous entrepreneurial business ventures.

Michael L. Lyons

Mike Lyons is an experienced attorney who has litigated in both state and federal court, including practice before the Supreme Court. Over the past 25 years he has specialized in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He has been an arbitrator/ mediator for many ADR providers, such as the American Arbitration Association and the securities industry's regulatory authority (FINRA). He applies a faciliative approach to mediation, including transformative mediation, which emphasizes helping people in conflict change how they interact with one another. He has mediated for the US District Court, the US Equal Opportunity Commission, the US District Court Employment Dispute Resolution Program, the Federal Occupational Heath Services, and the US Postal Service. Mike has mediated employment disputes implicating Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, involving allegations of discrimination based on sex, race, color, ethnicity, and national origin, and complaints alleging age discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
