Alison Crook had a 30 year career in housing before moving to work in the voluntary sector supporting land reform. She was a founder member of Glen Housing Association in the early 1990s, returning to serve on the Board in recent years.

Anne Dickie

Anne joined Glen Housing Association in 1994 having started working in housing as a Modernisation Housing Assistant with Glenrothes Development Corporation in 1987, followed by an Area Manager's post with Clackmannan District Council. Anne is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and obtained the CIH Housing Diploma whilst working at GDC. She is also a Board Member of PATH (Scotland). As the Senior Officer, Anne has overall responsibility for HR, Financial Control, Governance, Organisational and Business Development.

Barry Allan

Barry is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a career spanning more than 22 years in accounting, audit and housing. Barry was the Finance & Corporate Services Manager at Edinburgh's Muirhouse Housing Association, spending 6 years with the organisation, including over 12 months as Interim Chief Executive. He is now the Director of Finance with Thenue Housing.

Graham Ross - Chairman

Graham is a graduate from Stirling University with BA (Hons) Business and Politics, and a further professional qualification from the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) Technician Level. Graham has always had a keen interest in Social Housing and has worked in a variety of housing roles within the sector. Currently working in the Homelessness Prevention & Housing Options Team at Edinburgh Council.

Ian Byers

Ian has worked for Glen Housing Association from 2004 and is responsible for the housing management and maintenance functions of the Association. As a former tenant and with previous work experience in local authority housing in Fife and Dundee, he has an excellent range of housing related knowledge and is also a Chartered Institute of Housing, Chartered Member.

Isobel Muirhead

Isobel is a retired Housing Officer having worked for 30 years in various housing organisations, and laterally spending 14 years with a local housing association, in front line housing management. After retiring, she decided to put that knowledge and experience to good use volunteered to serve as a board member with Glen Housing Association. Her work experience has given her an invaluable understanding of the aims and objectives of the Association.

John McArthur

John is a retired Local Government Officer, still passionate about social housing. He is a long standing Board member of the Association and is committed to the provision of good quality housing and housing services.

Josie Smith

Josie is our longest-serving Board Member, having joined in 1989. She lives within The Broom housing estate in Leven and has always been an advocate for community empowerment. She has a BA in Leadership & Management and is currently employed as a Voluntary Service Manager with NHS Fife.

Karen Milne

Karen's career in housing began in 2006, when she was employed initially as the Office Manager with Glen Housing Association. Prior to this she had worked for 15 years in various Local Government positions between Fife Regional Council, Fife Council and latterly, Fife Constabulary.

Pat is a tenant member of the Board of Management and is the second longest-serving Member. She is now retired but for the majority of her working life, she provided childcare in various forms; including private nanny, foster carer and also as a volunteer on the Children's Panel.

Shane is a Mechanical & Electrical Operations Officer with Fife Council in which he manages repairs and maintenance requirements for Public Buildings. Previous positions have included Housing Technical Officer, Approved Electrician, & Maintenance Engineer within the private sector. Holding both Trade and Housing Management qualifications and a member of the CHA, Shane brings an understanding of the challenges presented with today's requirements and expectations for Social Housing delivery.

Stuart is a tenant member of the Board of Management. He graduated from Abertay University with a BA in Business Management. He currently supports people in the local community with dementia. Prior to this, he worked in the UK civil service for 25 years.

Trevor is a recently retired Business Development Manager in Paper Mills for the Instrumentation Industry. He is currently studying an Honours degree in Social Psychology and has been a local resident in Collydean for 27 years.
