Annie Millar - Chief Investment Officer

Annie, formerly of Briant Champion Long and subsequently Colliers International, specialises in the UK Retail Investment sector and was based in London. Annie brings a wealth of high-end experience across all sectors of investment property, with a primary focus on retail warehousing and food stores. She will be involved in the day-to-day asset management of the current investment portfolio as well as seeking new development and investment opportunities across Scotland and the South. She is a member of the RICS and Accessible Retail.

Iain Wotherspoon - CEO

Iain has over 35 years' experience in the property industry, as a principal for development and investment companies. In 1992 he established his own business, acting as a workout specialist for banks, receivers and private investors. Kilmartin Property Group was established in 1996 and Iain was Chairman and Chief Executive until 2010. The company managed a wide variety of assets and established a development pipeline in the UK in most sectors of the market. He had specialist teams and joint ventures working in the retail, office and leisure sectors as well as investment trading, regeneration and infrastructure projects.

Robbie Wotherspoon

Robbie qualified from Bristol in 2010 with a BSc in Real Estate. He then moved to Chicago to work with JAB Real Estate Fund. He assisted with fund raising, developing, managing and selling residential properties in the City. He returned to the UK to work in London and worked for ICAP as a stockbroker for a year, before returning to develop residential property. He spent two years refurbishing flats in London, completing three schemes and generating attractive returns for the company and investors. Since moving back to Edinburgh, he has carried out various refurbishments from offices to residential use and assisted with project management roles on various larger deals in the commercial sector. Robbie also acts as an asset manager on the existing commercial portfolios.
