Caroline Rouse

Caroline has over 25 years' experience within real estate. She is currently CFO at the NoƩ Group, a technology-led investment and asset management group. Qualifying as an ACA with Price Waterhouse, she has been finance director both in the UK and in Europe, covering business parks, industrial, offices and retail. She has also helped establish two start-up's, one a design-led residential development company and the other a student accommodation platform in Europe.

Fin O'Leary

Fin is an internationally experienced CIO and digital technology leader with deep banking and fintech knowledge. He advises across a variety of industry sectors on digital business strategy and transformation, with an emphasis on balanced lifestyle, social impact and sustainable long term growth. From 2014-2020 Fin was CIO for the holding company of Saudi Arabia's largest conglomerate. His earlier executive career included CIO roles at ABK Bank Kuwait, Samba Financial Group, KSA (formerly Citibank) and DEPFA Bank plc, a European based infrastructure/investment bank. He has lived and worked in Europe, North America, Singapore, HK, China and MENA.

Hasita Fernando

Hasita is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years' experience across Regulated, B2C and B2B sectors. He has worked with C-suite on a range of business growth and optimisation initiatives covering Finance, M&A, Strategy and Transformation. He currently works as an independent consultant and has worked with clients including PFG Group, Rubix Group, Arriva, Virgin Money, LCH and Quilter. Before that Hasita was a Director at Ernst & Young and RBS Group where he worked on M&A, Restructuring and other Strategic Projects.

Jennifer Marzullo

Jennifer has been an advisor and mentor to start-ups for 10years. She is an Investment Manager at Shaping Impact Group, a European impact venture fund manager, where she leads UK activities and is an active NED at portfolio companies. In her own consultancy work she works with public and private organisations on innovative financing and business planning. Prior to working in venture capital she worked for 10 years supporting executive teams on growth strategy and aligning operations with sales. She has an MBA and bachelors degrees in chemical engineering and history of art.

Naomi Kingsley - CEO

Naomi founded London Rebuilding Society in 2000 after a year in the US on a Harkness Fellowship and has led the business since, creating an exemplary reputation in the industry. She leads LRS to develop practical solutions to improve housing and well being where the market currently fails.

Pat Edwards

Pat is currently a leadership and management coach: responsible for implementing a range of innovative engagement and leadership strategies to ensure senior staff achieve their desired personal, professional and career goals. Pat has held a range of senior managerial, CEO and Vice Principal, positions, inclusive of the design, development and management of teaching and learning campuses. Pat has also been responsible for the design and build and operation of "Live, Work and Learn" venues in London, Liverpool and Bristol, for the long-term homeless to create commercial businesses, such as, coffee shops; health and fitness centres; business incubators and recording studios. In addition, Pat has identified and secured significant capital and revenue grants and funding to create community learning facilities for the most dis-engaged individuals. Pat has worked for two large London local authorities has a senior building surveyor: responsible for the design, specification and day-today management of a range of refurbishments and remodelling of existing housing, schools and other public facilities and properties within North London. In addition, Pat is a Deputy Lieutenant for Greater London and is a Trustee to two London based charities with the mission to provide specialist support services for the elderly.

Simon Green - Chairman

Simon, who trained originally as a Civil Engineer, has over twenty-five years' experience in the development and management of leading multi-million sustainable energy development projects in the UK and abroad for both public and private sectors in addition to working for management consultancies including ICF Consulting and London Economics. He has represented the UK on the European Energy Network (EnR) - the voluntary network of some 23 national energy agencies - and was appointed as President of the network in Brussels. Previously he was Director of Development at the Energy Saving Trust, Director of Sustainability at Lakehouse plc and Commercial Director of VRM Technology. Since 2014, Simon has been the Chair of the London Rebuilding Society- a social enterprise that works to develop innovative market-based solutions to vulnerable fuel-poor residents through its innovative Housing Investment Programme. Simon is currently engaged as the Managing Director of Gem Green Energy Services, a newly formed division of Gem Environmental Building Services Ltd, providing advanced sustainable energy services to London-based local authorities. He is a graduate of University College London.
