David worked in the property and retail sector before qualifying as a Barrister, and combines his legal expertise with considerable first-hand business experience. He is able to offer practical, commercially-astute legal solutions to often complex problems.
His training at the Bar included civil law, which enables him to take a pragmatic, robust approach to litigation. He has acted in housing disrepairs, fraudulent trust claims, commercial disputes and general landlord tenant litigation.
Leasehold enfranchisement is another area where David has acted extensively both for landlords and tenants. David is also a licensed New York Attorney.

Julian trained and spent his early years with City and West End firms.
He has over 20 years' expertise in property law, with a particular focus on commercial leases. Julian has acted for a broad range of client including professional footballers to acting for a tenant with multiple sites all over the UK. Julian is also a trained mediator and the firm's in-house Notary.
In his 20 years' experience as a property conveyancer, Nigel has built up an extensive following among property investment companies and private investors acting in all property matters from straightforward property sales and purchases to complex refinance transactions and overage agreements. He is also instructed in landlord and tenant work.
In addition, Nigel heads our wills and probate department and can assist with estate planning, Lasting Power of Attorney, obtaining Grant of Probate and dealing with intestacy.
