Anna MacDonald

Anna is an experienced Property and Asset Manager with over 9 years' experience working for Residential Developers, investors and Estate Agents. Originally from Sydney, where she completed her property degree and gained her initial industry experience, Anna has been in London since 2015 where she has developed a successful career in Residential Asset and Property Management. Before joining SAY, Anna was working as an Asset Manager for a large Private landlord with a portfolio of over 1300 rented homes, where she had hands on responsibility for all aspects of the portfolio from mobilisation to financial performance management. Her experience means that she is really well placed to support our clients with operational advice relating to Build to Rent Portfolios.

Caspar Courage

Caspar joined SAY as a Consultant in May 2016. His focus is on creating efficient spaces, from the design for management stage through to management mobilisation. Caspar works across several sectors, but has a particular interest in housing with care. Recent work includes the ongoing mobilisation of two landmark mixed-use London developments, and providing design for management advice and service charge consultancy for a large number of clients, including Vastint's ‘Sugar House Island' regeneration scheme in Stratford. Caspar also works closeley with a number of housing with care providers entering the market, to support in establishing an effective model for operations and cost recovery. In addition to fee-paying work, Caspar co-authored the Management and Operations chapter of the Urban Land Institutes 2019 ‘Housing With Care Guide'. In 2019 he was selected by Property Week as one of their 2019 RESI Trailblazers.

Damon Stone

Damon joined SAY after completing his postgraduate degree at Oxford Brookes University in Real Estate. Prior to this, he completed his BA (Hons) in History at the University of Hull. Damon decided to pursue a career in property after an extensive amount of reading surrounding topics like PropTech and the developing BTR sector. Damon has been published on EGi, after coming runner-up in a student essay competition. Titled "the future of Real Estate: a postgraduate outlook", Damon presented his views on the EGi article titled "the future of Real Estate" and gave his own insight into how property is changing and how it should change in the medium/long term.

David Tomlinson

David joined SAY in 2014 as a Graduate Consultant and in 2018 he was promoted to Associate. With over six years' consultancy experience largely focused on Build to Rent operations, design and market reporting consultancy, David also works on developer bids for large mixed-use estate regeneration projects, providing strategic estate management consultancy, legal structure advice and operational budgeting. David recently worked on a project for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield where SAY provided operational budgeting, lettings and marketing, and management set up advice for URW's 1,200 unit Cherry Park scheme in preparation for its acquisition by the Cherry Park Partnership, a £670m JV between URW, PSP Investments and QuadReal.

Debra Yudolph - CEO, Founder

Debra has over 25 years' experience in residential property and is recognised as one of the major contributors to the industry. Before starting SAY with Charles Seifert, Debra was Director of Asset and Property Management at Grainger plc for ten years. She was responsible for building Grainger's asset and property management expertise, as well as being part of the leadership team. Debra is an expert in residential property and asset management with a particular focus on Build to Rent, Place Making, Regeneration and industry innovation. Debra has a keen interest in the positive social impact that can be delivered through new development and recently founded Do Some Good, a platform to offer and receive pro bono and voluntary support between charities and the Real Estate Sector. Debra has non-executive roles on the boards of Grove End Housing Limited, M&G Shared Ownership Fund, is an advisor to DeverellSmith Recruitment and served on the Board of Notting Hill Housing for nine years. She is a recognised spokesperson on behalf of the residential sector and is a member of Property Weeks Resi Senate.

Emma Darch

Emma specialises in property management and optimising the design and delivery of large regeneration projects, tall buildings, and mixed-use developments. She is an expert in operational set up and mobilisation with a strong focus on the customer experience and efficiency. Emma's successes include Gasholder's for Argent, Rathbone Square for Great Portland Estates and The Atlas Building for Rocket Properties. Emma leads many of our projects relating to leasehold legislation and service charge compliance including operational service charge analysis, and has a passion for supporting developers in selecting and onboarding managing agents and other specialist service providers. Emma has 19 years' experience, ten with the country's largest managing agent. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Esme Webb

Esme joined say in October 2020, after 3 years as Head of Operations for property start-up Flyp. During this time, Esme was responsible for residential assets in eight UK cities, building up a wealth of experience in property management, customer service and operational best-practice. She specialises in operational scaling and efficiency, with a focus on technology led solutions. Esme graduated in 2016, with a 1st class honours in Sociology from the University of Bristol. During this time, she also undertook a range of internships spanning from documentary production to property development, before taking a role at Hostmaker.

Gareth Bridgman

Gareth joined SAY off the back of completing a Masters course in Real Estate at Reading University. Prior to this he graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First Class Business Economics degree, where he became interested in the concept of placemaking as areas in the city underwent a boom in regeneration projects.

Jennifer du Plessis

Jennifer is an experienced Portfolio/Asset Manager with over 10 years experience in the property industry.  She came to SAY from Estates and Management, a large freehold management company during which she oversaw the day to day management of over 350,000 leasehold and freehold units within the UK. She was involved in the placement and management of external agents; health and safety compliance for the existing portfolio and new acquisitions, and worked on a number of litigation avoidance cases. Prior to this, Jennifer gained extensive property management experience whilst working for Rendall and Rittner. She managed a number of large new builds and high profile schemes within Central London and in regeneration areas.  Jennifer uses this experience when advising clients on service charge budgets, the operational set up of new developments and compliance with the Landlord and Tenant Acts. Jennifer is also a member of CREW Network UK a global organisation set up to support women in Real Estate and is a committee member of their mentorship program.

Jenny Kyne

Jenny recently joined SAY after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a First Class Real Estate degree. As part of her degree Jenny completed a sandwich placement year working in commercial property management at one of the UK's largest Real Estate consultancy firms. Jenny values working in a vibrant city with a dynamic real estate market. Having written her dissertation focused on renter's needs, Jenny is especially interested in residential development and hopes to specialize in Build to Rent developments further on in her career.

Louise Bell

Louise is an experienced Property Asset Manager with over 14 years' experience working in the property industry. She has a Masters degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2017. Prior to joining SAY, Louise worked as an Asset Manager for an investment landlord, where she was responsible for managing a large portfolio comprising mixed used buildings. The role included service charge management, block management, health and safety compliance and management of external agents. Louise previously worked at Grainger Plc. and JLL where she gained extensive property management experience managing several large portfolios in Central London, specialising in PRS and residential lettings.

Richard Lewis

Richard has spent his entire career working in Property Management. Richard has delivered and implemented full management services to an array of property types including the management of retail tenants, mixed use developments and residential buildings. Richard is NEBOSH Health and Safety qualified.

Shilpa Wymer

Shilpa has owned and operated her own businesses and now advises scaling businesses helping owners break down the barriers to growth by implementing robust processes technology and data.Before working with SAY and her other clients Shilpa built up a strong network of contacts as Operations Director at The Supper Club a London based network for fast growing SME's.She is a graduate of The Cranfield Business Growth Programme and The Harvard Programme on Negotiation.
