Johan Håkanson is Export Area Sales Manager of Bo Edin SE (Univox) in Sweden. Additionally he develops opportunities within specialist areas and markets e.g.: buses, trains, museums, and lifts. Johan has been with the company since 2004. To help customers understand what assistive listening should be, he trains and educates on induction loop technology and the Univox philosophy and values. Johan has over 20 years experience within the electrical products industry including a Swedish electrical trade chain, a German light source manufacturer and a Swedish manufacturer of light fixtures.

MD and Senior Design Engineer John Turner has been at the forefront of the developing Audio and A-V industries in Scotland since 1980, when he established one of Scotland's earliest professional recording studios in Glasgow's West End. The studio quickly gained a reputation for supplying 1st class engineering and production services to the emerging local music community (Altered Images, Bluebells, H2O, Orange Juice). He joined Middle (of the) Road Music in 1983 and worked with the band as chief studio engineer, house producer and tour manager until 1986, during which time he also designed and built 2 new studios for the band's Record Company, as well as designing and building new studios for Wet Wet Wet (Elliot Davies) and Sirocco Studios in Kilmarnock (Clark Sorley & Trash Can Sinatras). Joining the team at the newly-opened SEC in Glasgow in 1986, he became its first technical production manager (sub-contract) and established a world-class team of in-house audio, lighting and a/v technicians, which ran all the major conferences and events held at the venue, between 1986 and 1995. He became a full member of the Institute of Sound and Communications Engineers in 1988. John was co-opted onto the Foster & Partners / Clyde Auditorium (The "Armadillo") design team in 1994 and designed and implemented much of its technical infrastructure, which is still in use today. He also worked with AICC (Aberdeen) and MICC (Manchester) as a/v consultant and chief installation engineer. As a freelance Show Director and Technical Production Manager from 1991 - 2002, he worked with many National and International organisations and associations, including Compaq, IBM, SUN, Scottish Police Federation, Visit Scotland, Amway, Rover Group, European Security Council, British Cardiac Society and Association of Surgeons of GB & Ireland. With a parallel career as a music composer and sound designer, John still services the tv, film and multimedia industries with original commissioned music (in his spare time !). In 2008, West Audio + Design Ltd was formed, to clearly define its role in the Audio-visual design and installation marketplace, more specifically to bring John's production experience and the highest level of technical excellence to bear on an increasingly complex web of communication technologies.

Ken Hollands BSc. is Managing Director of UnivoxAudio Ltd. He is a graduate electronics engineer with a 28 year career that includes electronic engineering, sales, marketing and commercial management within the communications industry. He has specific expertise and knowledge on an extensive and diverse range of advanced materials technologies and induction loop technology. He has commercial experience gained in blue chip and start up companies within advanced technologies for communications, sensing and imaging including GE Medical, Hamamatsu Photonics, Marconi Caswell, and JDS Uniphase. For over 7 years he was Commercial Director at induction loop company - Ampetronic. Ken has overall managerial responsibility for the company's success and helping Bo Edin to achieve their vision in the UK.

Meta Bernhager is Managing Director of Bo Edin SE (Univox) in Sweden. She has overall responsibility for the company's commercial operations with a specific focus on marketing, business development and sales.

With an ONC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Stuart spent 20 years in the Electronic sub contract manufacturing industry. Initially working on assembly and repair of PCBs he became a Debug Technician, and eventually Maintenance Manager of a major Electronic Manufacturing Company, where he was responsible for all plant and test equipment. He became self-employed in 2004 and worked in the domestic repair and maintenance market until he joined West Audio in 2008, initially to assist with Glasgow City Halls' major technical re-fit. His skills as wireman, systems and data engineer, along with his innate ability to find an "impossible" cable route, were quickly noted, and he became a full-time team member in 2010. Stuart completed the Univox Installer Training Course in April 2014

As part of the support for distributors and partners, Thomas is responsible for identifying and organising the production of all Univox® marketing and sales material. Thomas has a background in international sales and marketing. He has worked with companies in the UK, South East Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
