Ceri Evans are the Partners of Evans Ash Financial Services LLP, which under regulatory rules means they are stated as the Members of Evans Ash Financial Services LLP
Ceri started out managing and training financial advisers in 1991 before joining his brother, Martyn, in 2000, helping clients plan their financial affairs.
Through his extensive knowledge and experience, Ceri has developed a substantial portfolio of satisfied clients throughout the UK with a reputation for explaining and delivering the best possible solutions available.
Work-life balance is important, so when Ceri is not advising clients, he likes to go skiing with his family and friends and also is a keen cyclist.
I have worked for Evans Ash for twenty years as an office administrator and manager and enjoy being the first point of contact with our clients. I am on first name terms with many of our long-standing clients and enjoy working with a friendly tight-knit team. I am responsible for all back office administration and take great satisfaction in ensuring the office runs efficiently and smoothly. It is a pleasure working for Martyn and Ceri who care and work hard for their clients and their employees. I have recommended family, friends and neighbours to Evans Ash who have all been really pleased and happy with the service provided.
I live locally in Penkridge a short walk from our office, with my husband Stuart, son Callum and two cats Charlie & Chester.
With financial planning experience spanning over 20 years, Martyn founded Evans Ash Financial Services in 1992. He was one of the earliest advisers to be awarded Chartered Financial Planner status in recognition of the formal examination successes and adherence to a Code of Ethics that is practiced by the partnership.
Martyn works with client's to help secure and maintain a sound financial footing and aims to cut through the jargon and uncertainty of financial products to provide confidence and peace of mind. This has resulted in many long standing client's who are often happy to recommend their friends, family and colleagues to the practice.
When not working Martyn enjoys spending time with his family and friends and walking his dogs. He is keen on sport's including skiing and football and a classic car enthusiast.
I started working with Evans Ash as Mortgage Manager in March 2014 having worked with Martyn for 20 years and having worked in the mortgage industry for 30 years in various rolls from administration to Compliance Director.
My responsibilities include collating customer information and presenting it to the mortgage lender as per their requirements in order to find the most appropriate options for our client. From application through to completion, my role is to ensure that the whole process is as pain-free as possible for our clients. Building relationships with clients is very important to me as I believe that understanding your clients needs and wishes, ensures the best possible service can be provided before, during and after the mortgage. Evans Ash's commitment to great customer service is borne out by the number of repeat clients, recommendations and the longevity of the partnerships we have, and continue to develop.
Outside of Evans Ash my interests revolve around my animals. I am a keen animal welfare advocate and practice ‘Natural Horesmanship'.
I joined Evans Ash in 2005 and work for Ceri preparing client files and ensuring the clients' details are kept in order and obtaining information for new clients'. I spend a lot of time liaising with the providers of clients plans so that we can ensure we have the correct plan details. This helps the advisers when meeting new clients, to fully understand what sorts of products they already have, to make existing products work to their optimum. I enjoy working within the team and seeing how clients financial planning is an ongoing journey. It's interesting seeing how clients not only rely on Evans Ash, but recommend their friends and family which feels good to be part of.
I live close to the office with my family and a cheeky cat called Tegan. Outside of the office I enjoy sports and am a keen runner and skier.
