Since joining Fortress in 2008 Alan has worked his way up to Operations Managers from starting out as a Storeman. Always willing to help others and a good laugh around the office - as long as there is coffee! He enjoys having banter with the Technical director about who the best F1 team is…... We all know it is Ferrari!!
Craig joined Fortress in 2018 bringing with him his passion for people and effective organisation. Straight talking and always on the go, when he isn't whizzing around the office keeping everyone happy and busy, he can be found out and about on his motorcycle or sat on the couch with his German Shepherd Valentine watching American Football.
Mark Raymond - Founder, Managing Director

Mark, along with William and Stuart, co-founded the business in 1997 and has helped grow the business from 3 men to a team of over 40 in total, growing from strength to strength. Outside of work, Mark enjoys staying active and keeping fit, spending time with this family and he also enjoys the occasional snow boarding holiday!!
Stewart joined Fortress in 2006 and is a product of the Fortress apprentice scheme. Dedicated, driven and highly motivated, he is always willing to assist and support the engineers and apprentices whilst out in site. When Stewart isn't working, or sacrificing his weekends to help out with overtime, Stewart enjoys socialising with friends, watching the boxing and playing football.

Stuart has been with Fortress since day one, as a co-founder along with William and Mark. He is a great asset to the team always happy to get involved and assist our ever-growing engineer team when needed. Stuart has a huge passion for cars and racing (all about the speed!) and enjoys spending time with his son at the go-karting track cheering him on, attending competitions and being a proud father.

William co-founded the business back in 1997 and is extremely proud of where it is now - and the places it has taken him. He is always looking for new procedures and technology to help move the business forward and open more doors along the way. You'll often find William at a Football Game as he is a keen fan and he enjoys getting out to socialize.
