MEDIATION4 - Key Persons

Mediation4 is run by Marc Reid and is based in Berkshire in the Thames Valley. We supply workplace mediation services and conflict coaching and conflict management training to the whole of the UK. Marc is a highly experienced professional workplace mediator and conflict management trainer. He is author of the books "DIY Mediation. The Conflict Resolution Toolkit for HR", "Conflict Management Tools. 30 practical tools to prevent and resolve workplace conflict" and co-author of "8 Stages of Workplace Conflict". Marc is a keen supporter of local community involvement, and is Lead Mediator and Advisory Council member at Resolve, the Thames Valley based community mediation charity which helps resolve a wide range of neighbour disputes. Marc is a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator and has also worked as an Associate Consultant for Blake Morgan, a Consultant for Forbury People, a Consumer Conciliator for CEDR and a Prince's Trust mentor working with young people.
