Adelle brings with her over 12 years of financial services administration and paraplanning experience bringing a broad knowledge, attention to detail and a valuable alternative perspective.

GRAHAM HARRISON

The wider investment community will be fully aware of the expertise offered by Asset Risk Consultants, (ARC) the firm co-founded by Graham where he remains group Managing Director. Graham's role is to challenge, question and bring a truly impartial viewpoint to the discussions and decisions the IC make. Graham brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Committee. ARC provide investment consulting, fund manager research and performance reporting services to the financial industry. ARC are also the leading provider of investment management performance benchmarks via their private client and charity indices.

Jayne Pickett

Jayne has more than 20 years' experience as a client support administrator and this is reflected in both the care and ability to ‘get things done' for our clients. Jayne is often the first point of contact at our Narborough Wood Park office and is known for her friendly manner. In addition, Jayne plays a key part in the smooth running of the office behind the scenes.

Julie Morris

Julie has over 25 years' experience in the financial industry and has completed various roles within it from client managing to more recently Paraplanning. Julie works alongside the advisers to produce suitability reports based on factual research to assist the advisers in providing informative, clear and transparent financial advice which best suits their client's circumstances.

Kerry Jones

With more than 10 Years experience administering clients financial affairs, Kerry's role is to provide an efficient and streamlined service and a point of contact for Richard's clients. Kerry is known for her caring attitude and ability to work as part of a team which helps her manage the on-going client relationships.

Lianna Wood

Lianna completed her degree in Finance in 2016 at Sheffield Hallam University. Prior to joining Pole Arnold Lianna worked as a Senior Coordinator at an events management firm for 3 years. She is now enjoying being an Administrator for Mike Pole's Team.

Margaret Simpson

Matthew Shaw

Matthew is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, holds a diploma in Financial Planning and is a specialist in pension and investment advice. Matthew holds the responsibility for the business as pension specialist.

Mike Nevill

Mike brings with him over 30 years' experience with the knowledge to assist his clients in achieving their goals and specializing in Investment and Retirement planning. With the assistance of the team at Pole Arnold Mike is passionate about delivering a high-quality service to his clients and building an enduring relationship with them. Before becoming an IFA, Mike spent 15 years in Executive Director roles at city financial institutions including Fidelity Investments and a subsidiary of Prudential Assurance. His experience with such investment groups makes him an invaluable member of the investment committee.

Mike Pole

In 2012 Mike felt it was time to leave the position he was in at a National Financial Company and take Pole Arnold back to the original roots to continue where he started in 1995 and provide a more personal, comprehensive and clear financial service to his clients. Moira Page

Having completed training and qualifying with Pole Arnold Chartered Accountants, Moira has spent many years providing all manner of accounting support to clients and local businesses. Moira now looks after the finance function for Pole Arnold Financial Management on a part time basis, providing management accounts, forecasts and budgets.
