Rachael is a co-founder of Oyster Consultants where she leads the Marketing and Technical Solutions Desk. With over 9 years' experience she is well networked within Digital, Analytics, DM/CRM, integrated, database marketing, e-commerce, creative, product management, and technical services. Prior to working in Executive Search, Rachael's solution sales career was within Residential and Investment property. Her experience in these sectors enables her to bring deep levels of understanding to client needs, as well as high levels of credibility and influence with the industries most talented people.

Simon Briggs

Simon has spent over 9 years as a Senior Consultant to the customer contact industry, primarily focused on senior level appointments as well as leading teams focused on volume recruitment projects. Simon was the co-founding partner of Oyster Consultants, who over the past 5 years, have built up an enviable reputation as the partner of choice to both the Customer Contact and Marketing Services Industries. Prior to his career in recruitment he was a successful Sales Manager for a leading Estate agency in South East London. Simon is also an active fund raiser for Cancer Research UK a charity that is supported by Oyster Consultants, usually in the form of cycling led challenges. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and writing about himself in the third person.
