David Harrison

David is an equity partner at Michael Elliott. Having started his career at Cushman & Wakefield, over the last two decades he has advised on over £5 billion of central London investment transactions. With a proven track record, he thrives on a proactive approach to asset strategy and transactional delivery which has resulted in forging lasting relationships with his clients. He has a strong preference and track record for sourcing off market opportunities where confidentiality is paramount. In addition to advising a number of high-profile overseas investors, he has a broad domestic client base some of which include CBRE Global Investors, Howard de Walden Estate, Workspace Plc, Trinova and UBS. An avid sportsman, David is a keen golfer, skier, rugby fan and classic car enthusiast. He loves a hairbrained fitness challenge albeit has had less time recently due to his two young sons who live with him and his wife in London.

Dominic Rowe - Managing Director

Dominic is a founding partner of Michael Elliott LLP. He has worked in the London property market for over three decades, advising both domestic and overseas investors on sales and acquisitions across the capital. Over this period, he has carried out over £20 billion in transactions. Dominic's work spans many sectors offices/retail/hotel, he has undertaken numerous transactions throughout the City and West End office markets. He is also a Bond Street and Oxford Street specialist, having carried out numerous deals there. He is widely regarded as one of London's top investment advisors consistently active and known for delivering exceptional performance for his clients. Apart from his numerous overseas clients major UK corporate clients include Columbia Threadneedle, GPE, Orchard Street Investment Management, Nuveen, Art-Invest and KKR. Outside of work, Dominic enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and is a classic car enthusiast.

Harry Cox

Harry joined Michael Elliott in March 2017, having spent the early part of his career at Savills where he qualified as a chartered surveyor. With over 7 years' experience, Harry specialises in advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate in Central London working closely with a broad range of clients including institutional investors, UK-listed property companies, private propcos and UHNWIs. Harry has worked on a number of high-profile transactions giving him exposure to a diverse investor base. Outside of work, Harry is a passionate sportsman and still plays rugby, tennis and cricket whenever he can.

Nick Steele

Peter leads Michael Elliott's Asian advisory team. Working throughout Asia and the Middle East, he helps investors navigate the fast-moving London market. Peter combines cultural sensitivity with unrivalled expertise. The breadth of his work is testament to this - in the past few years, he's concluded deals on residential, commercial and hospitality properties, in both London and Asia. His clients include corporate investors, fund managers and high net worth individuals. Recent major transactions include the acquisition of 6-7 Grosvenor Place, and the sale of a long leasehold interest at 5 Cavendish Square for £18 million. With a background in marketing, Peter is able to accurately assess a building's long-term potential, and steer clients toward the more fruitful investments.
