David Powell was born and raised in Monmouthshire and is a former graduate of the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. David is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuer's (CAAV).
