PARADIGM CREATIVE - Key Persons
Alan's our chief image bod, storyboarding, illustration, doodles with attitude or a bar chart made out of sausages - you name it - he'll put his speedy stylus to it. A ‘Terrier' (Huddersfield Town fan to the uninitiated) he comes with a positive demeanour - in spite of it all. Loves camping and not wearing shoes.
Becky comes with a sea breeze from Saltburn and a first-class honours degree in Television Production - so she's applying her talents and honing her skillset across all aspects of post-production. She's a self-confessed ‘chocoholic' who has been known to dispatch chocolate buttons for breakfast…we kid you not. Loves trash TV, live music and a good boogie to boot.
Connie's our Stokey - so she says ‘look' like ‘luke', but do we care?... we do not! She's always bright and breezy, armed with a smile, a cup of tea and anything else to make our filming gigs run without a hitch. She's a mad cat lady and won't eat cheese. ‘Leave the cheddar to the mice' she'd say, if there were any - the cats ate all the mice…
Ian's been in the creative game for a long time. In fact he actually guest lectured part of Owen's uni course. He's a creative force to be reckoned with and an experienced director of photography. Full of stories from his six years making documentaries around the world, he's the life and soul of the Paradigm party.
Nick's spent the last 19 years listening to clients share their communication challenges and helping them find solutions. We're lucky to have him really because as a young boy, Nick dreamed of being a rockstar after a visit to Ozzy Obourne's recording studio where he met the singer's full-size stuffed grizzly bear. Instead, he now just aspires to be as furry as the grizzly.
With 15 years' experience in communications and video, Owen prides himself on his ability to translate clients' briefs into something brilliant. Although he's now more likely to be found helping some of the world's best known brands share their story, he used to VJ for some of the world's best known music acts.
As well as being a trash TV addict (The Kardashian's, Love Island, Ru Paul's Drag Race - you name it, she watches it), Rebecca is a producer here at Paradigm. She's known around the office for being super-organised and has a degree in Filmmaking from Leeds Beckett, as well as a Creative Industries Safety Passport, so you know you're in safe hands.
With a BA and MA in Sound for Film, Ryan spent 6 years working as a sound recordist before transitioning to broadcast and content production - "telling people's stories from Bangladesh to Brighton" as he puts it. When not doing the day job, you'll find him climbing, boating, collecting the eggs from his chickens or strolling with his sausage hounds. And other good wholesome stuff in between.
With a BA honours in Film and TV production from Edge Hill Uni, Ryan's our resident Dewsbury lad, loves a good edit, film tattoos, rugby, Leeds United (boo!!), Nike Airs, skinny jeans and a good night out.
Our contingent from the Metropolis, Stephen used to run his own event production company and is now sharing his expertise - lucky old us. He's got some great stories and loves a good walk in the wild hills around Bronte country punctuated with a pint. Well - you've got to keep hydrated!
