Glenn joined the Connexus Group in 2020, and focuses largely on implementing systems and processes that ensure customers are treated fairly. He has previously worked in the Consumer Credit Industry where he helped companies to embed a treating customers fairly policy within their ethos. Glenn holds a diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance, as well as a number of other professional qualifications.
Ibrahim has been qualified physiotherapist for 9 years. He gained experience in Bulgaria, Turkey and the UK. He can speak fluent Turkish and Bulgarian.
He specialises in personal injury, medico legal and occupational health patients. Ibrahim has many year experience in MSK and Acupuncture.
Jacqui is our Business Manager and has worked within the legal profession for over 20 years. She has extensive management experience in many areas including Medical Legal, Insurance and Occupational Health.
Ken qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 at London University and worked for two law firms in the North West for three years. He opened his first business at 29 and has been running successful businesses now for 30 years; during that time he has gauged the changing nature of legal and insurance businesses and believes there is now significantly more emphasis on technological advances and use of digital channels. What has not changed is the need for good quality and accessible services.
Mark started his career in the late nineties working for an IT Services and Solutions Provider delivering IT projects for SME, Healthcare, Education and corporate organisations. In 2004 he started working within the insurance sector and has worked for various high profile and award winning insurance companies since including Carole Nash. Mark is a pragmatic IT professional who has successfully proved how adopting and maximising the use of IT can increase productivity and profitability. His knowledge also includes governance, risk, compliance, business continuity and ISO27001 information security controls.
Mike has a wealth of experience with over 28 years in accountancy, starting as a trainee accounting technician in practice and then going on to qualify as a certified accountant in 2000. Since then he has specialised within the personal injury sector as a finance manager and has been a director of CMA since October 2011.

Richard has 18 years' experience working in the medico-legal industry. During that time he has gained a wealth of experience in arranging nationwide physiotherapy, counselling, CBT & EMDR along with a wide range of other forms of rehab & diagnostic investigations.
Richard oversees the day to day admin function and ensures your medical information is safely and securely stored within our IT system.
