David Haigh

David joined the company in May 2013 from South Gloucestershire Council where he managed a team of specialist planning officers and providing specialist advice on all aspects of the historic environment. After working as a field archaeologist and project director for several local authorities, English Heritage and Historic Scotland, he trained in historic building conservation working for Cambridgeshire and Shropshire County Council before joining South Gloucestershire Council in 1996. David combines specialist knowledge of historic building conservation and archaeology with a thorough understanding of heritage assets and their assessment through the planning process. David holds an Honours degree in Ancient History & Archaeology, an MA in English Local History, a Graduate Diploma in Historic Building Conservation from the Architectural Association, and is a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland and a Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. He sits on the Gloucester Diocesan Advisory Committee.

Judy M Enticknap

Prior to setting up her company Judy worked as a Local Authority Conservation Officer for over 30 years gaining considerable specialist knowledge of all aspects of Conservation Area and Listed Building legislation and of the associated planning legislation and listed building enforcement issues. She also has a comprehensive understanding of the way in which historic buildings work, and their repair and maintenance requirements as well as an appreciation of architectural styles and detailing of both vernacular and polite architecture. Judy holds an Honours degree in Town Planning, and an MA in Conservation Studies (Institute of Advanced Architectural Studies, University of York). She built up her wide-ranging conservation experience whilst working for Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hampshire County Councils, North Wiltshire District Council and most recently as Lead Principal Conservation Officer at Wiltshire Council. She was a founder member of the Association of Conservation Officers, and is a Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. She is also a member of the Bristol Diocesan Advisory Committee.
