Phoenix is a small group of dedicated, experienced and professionally qualified people who have all worked in the field of child protection for a number of years. We are energized by the need to be able to respond quickly to need rather than maintaining long waiting lists, and over time we have been concerned about the sometimes slow, bureaucratic and impersonal approaches of larger agencies... Phoenix exists to promote child protection, assesses those thought to be a risk and provides treatment programmes for those that are a threat to children. We also treat vulnerable adults and advise other agencies.
