Kevin joined TBM in 2008 as Contracts Manager and was promoted to Contract Director in 2017, Kevin is responsible for overseeing all the jobs, including scheduling and reacting to responsive maintenance requests.

In 2017 and 2018 respectively Derek Dobson and Matthew Shuttleworth joined as Contract Managers reporting in to Kevin, this coincided with a growth at TBM and the securing of new clients. Derek is also a time served Joiner and previously had his own business and Matthew is a qualified plumber who also had his own business and joiner TBM to develop a career in management.

Nick has been with the business since 1999 and became Managing Director and owner in October 2014, Nick is a time server Joiner but gave up the tools to follow a management career when he joined TBM.
