La Locanda is owned and managed by husband and wife team, Maurizio and Cinzia Bocchi. Both are natives of Lake Maggiore which straddles two of Italy's most northern regions, Piedmont and Lombardy, and has the stunning backdrop of the Swiss Alps. Assisted almost entirely by a team of fellow Italians, Maurizio heads the team in the kitchen, whilst Cinzia manages all front of house operations...
