At Layton we place a high value on children's achievement and attainment, and have been extremely successful in this regard. We remain one of the most successful schools in England at developing children's potential; in 2013/2014 we were placed in the highest 250 schools in the country for attainment and achievement of groups of our pupils, and were one of the most improved schools in the country. In 2015 we were placed in the highest 100 top performing schools in the country; we are incredibly proud of this huge achievement.
