Alyse, a seasoned technology and go-to-market executive, joined Rocket Software in 2023. As Chief Revenue Officer, her primary focus is on driving value-driven growth through Rocket Software's core solutions and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Rocket Software, Alyse served as Global Vice President at ServiceNow where she was responsible for all revenue-generating activities across a portfolio that spanned IT Service Management and Operations, Strategic Portfolio Management, Enterprise Risk, Security and Compliance, and Cloud observability solutions. Previously, Alyse led engineering, product management, technical sales and global sales teams at IBM. For many years, she led IBM's Data and AI business globally, helping clients transform their business to leverage data and AI as a competitive advantage.
Alyse began her career as a mainframe software engineer. She earned a bachelor's degree from Pace University and an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, both in computer science. Alyse splits her time between Canada and the US with her husband and four children.

Barbara Goose joined Rocket Software in 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer. Barbara brings over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing space, leading innovative and strategic programs that have built brand equity for national and multi-national brands.
Prior to Rocket, Barbara was CMO at John Hancock where she implemented customer experience programs establishing NPS (net promoter score) activation programs putting customer experience at the center of everything. Barbara also established Brand ROI models at John Hancock to measure the business benefit of brand spend. In the past, Barbara held executive level positions including Global Chief Marketing Officer of Altisource and President of DigitasLBi Boston and Detroit.
Barbara is currently on the advisory Board of GlasswingVentures, a private equity AI Fund. A respected industry thought leader, she was named two years in a row as one of Boston Business Journal's "Power 50" (a list of the most influential business leaders in Boston) and one of the New England Ad Club's "100 Women We ADmire".
Barbara holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Boston's South End with her husband Jon, 2 boys, Mini Australian Shepard "Bear" and Brittany "Moose."

Bruce Bowden joined Rocket in July of 2022 as CFO, bringing 25 years of technology and finance leadership expertise with him. Prior to joining Rocket, Bruce was CFO of the market-leading fintech and innovative AI provider, Bottomline Technologies. Bruce has been a CFO for public and private companies. In the past, Bruce led transformation, corporate strategy and development at Nuance Communications, where he instilled his vision for organic growth and successfully boosted shareholder value. Bruce started his career as a strategist at the Boston Consulting Group and went on to spend 15 years leading strategy and M&A for leading tech and telco companies globally. The breadth of his earlier responsibilities underscores his skills in building extensive scaled financial architecture to deliver integrated finance, corporate development and legal leadership. Bruce has his BSBA in Finance and International Management from Georgetown, and a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia.

Darlene joined Rocket in 2022 as CIO, bringing along more than 20 years of IT experience. Some of her specialties include optimizing business practices, managing digital innovation transformation projects, and bottom-line improvement. She has provided executive leadership for Fortune 500 companies in IT consulting, business services, and more. She was the president of Tennessee American Water and, most recently, Operational Excellence Principal at Arisma Solutions.

Jay Leader joined Rocket Software in 2014 as SVP and Chief Information Officer, before transitioning to Rocket Software's Chief Customer Officer. Jay is responsible for the company's Technical Support, Professional Services, Managed Services and Customer Engagement organizations. Jay joined Rocket Software after serving in a number of executive roles at companies such as Rapid7, iRobot, Nypro Inc., Data General Corp., and Coopers & Lybrand.
He is the former Chairman of the Boston Society for Information Management CIO Roundtable and was named the 2010 Massachusetts CIO of the Year by the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. Jay is a graduate of Clark University in Worcester, MA, where he earned a BA in International Relations as well as his MBA. He is a resident of Redmond, WA but maintains his lifelong support of the New England Patriots - even from the Pacific Northwest.

Julie joined Rocket Software in December 2022 as Chief People Officer, overseeing all aspects of the ‘Rocketeer' employee experience, including hiring, training, recruitment and retention. She is responsible for building upon Rocket Software's people-centric culture and focuses on ensuring a positive experience for all her current and prospective colleagues where they can learn, grow and prosper. She also leads RIDE, Rocket Software's inclusion, diversity, and equity program, fostering an environment and sense of belonging across the organization where all dimensions of diversity are celebrated.
Prior to joining Rocket Software , Julie served as the Head of Human Resources for John Hancock, the U.S. Segment of Toronto-based Manulife, and Global Head of Talent Management for Manulife., where she was in charge of cultivating an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative working environment. Before her time at John Hancock, Julie held executive level positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), and spent 19 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Julie holds a B.A. in Sociology from Ohio's Whittenberg University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Business Coalition for Early Childhood Education and a co-founder of "An Evening for Bridget," an annual charitable event which raised over $500,000 for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Michael joined Rocket Software in 2023, bringing with him extensive knowledge of building business software products, defining and executing software product strategy, and implementing large-scale systems within Fortune 500 companies. As President, he oversees worldwide strategy, development, and product management for the Data Modernization business unit.
Prior to Rocket Software, he served as an Executive in Residence for Great Hill Partners, a Growth Private Equity firm in Boston, where he led a detailed market assessment of the Data and AI markets. His background also includes leadership positions in multiple software companies, including 17 years at IBM leading strategy and execution in business lines across integration, artificial intelligence, data governance and analytics, and SaaS business applications. He has served as a member of the IBM Technology Team, the IBM AI Ethics Board, and the IBM Distinguished Industry Leader Board. This deep experience underscores his track record across all facets of building software businesses.
Michael earned his BS in Finance from Arizona State University. He resides in Amesbury, MA, and enjoys spending time with his four kids, and hiking and kayaking the East Coast.
Milan joined Rocket in 2020 and became President and CEO of Rocket Software in November 2021. Prior to becoming President and CEO, Milan was President of Rocket Software, overseeing all products in the company's portfolio. Milan also held various senior executive leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, both as a business leader and technologist. He was most recently the SVP and General Manager of the Storage and Big Data Business Unit and was previously CTO for HPE's Datacenter Infrastructure group covering Compute, Storage and Networking products.
Prior to its acquisition by HPE, Milan was President and CEO of IBRIX Inc. He started his career at Sun Microsystems as a software developer, and advanced through a technical career path to Technical Director for its Data Management Group. .
Milan holds a PhD in Computer Science from University of Minnesota and MS in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. He has served on various program teams evaluating research papers, and enjoys mentoring as well as reading scientific journals-especially publications from the IEEE and ACM
Gary Gregory joined Rocket Software in 2012 and is the Chief Technology Officer. He graduated with one of the first computer science degrees awarded by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Gary spent 10 years as the Chief Computer Scientist at Computer Corporation of America, which developed the Model 204 database, and was later acquired by Rocket Software. He was a charter member of the ANSI X3H2 committee, which standardized database languages.
In 1984 Gary joined Progress Software and two years later founded Sirius Software, where he remained as president until joining Rocket Software.

Phil joined Rocket in 2022, bringing with him an extensive history of driving product strategies and delivering value across varied platforms. As President he oversees worldwide development, product management and solutions development for the Infrastructure Modernization business unit. Prior to Rocket, he was the General Manager for IBM Cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) where he led product strategy, database, security, and monitoring services, as well as the business and operation services that support IBM's public cloud. The breadth of his earlier responsibilities underscores his skills in building and leading teams, optimizing performance, and modernizing operations. His background also includes experience in communications solutions, product brand management, and sales. When not guiding teams to high performance, you might find Phil playing pool, smoking Texas barbecue, or planning his next trip.

Puneet joined Rocket Software in 2018 as the Vice President of Quality and DevOps and was promoted to the President of the Application Modernization Business Unit in 2023.
In his time at Rocket Software, Puneet has held multiple leadership roles leading the Quality and DevOps and Product engineering teams and has been instrumental in standardizing Rocket Software's Quality and DevOps toolchain.
Along with having touched nearly every Rocket Software product at some point during his tenure at Rocket Software, he also helps drive initiatives like Rocket.Build, Community Connectors and acquisition integrations.
Before joining Rocket Software, Puneet held leadership roles at Dell EMC, RSA, and CA and spent over 10 years in the identity and access management space. Puneet serves as a president on the board of a nonprofit focusing on community and culture. Puneet's love for community service keeps him busy outside of Rocket Software.
