- Senior Audit and Assurance Consultant
Clare is a Senior Audit and Assurance Consultant. She has experience of corporate and academic governance roles in a range of higher education providers, both as a University Secretary and as Director of Registry. Clare was Institutional Company Secretary for a small, new provider of higher education during the full implementation of the OfS Regulatory Framework and, as Head of Research Services, was seconded to UKRI during the period of the REF 2021 criteria setting phase.
Gabrielle is a junior administrator at Uniac. She is the main lead for Uniac's bespoke tracker system, recording progress against audit actions, and provides support for Angela and Amanda.

Helen is a Senior Audit and Assurance Consultant with extensive experience of executive leadership and governance in the higher education sector, having held senior roles at the UK's Research Councils in the UK and the USA, at the Russell Group, and a decade as Director of Policy and External Relations at UCAS. She holds an MBE for services to the administration of science, is an independent governor at Northumbria University, and chairs the Local Governing Body for a group of schools in Swindon on behalf of United Learning.

Maria is a Senior Audit and Risk Consultant at Uniac. Maria has over 20 years' experience working in the public sector in management roles such as a Principal Analyst with the Police Service and as a Quality Manager in Further and Higher Education. More recently Maria spent 6 years as a Public Sector Internal Auditor within a specialist Public Sector Internal Audit team. Maria is passionate about helping clients to better manage their risks and making value-added improvements to their business processes.
Paddy is Uniac's lead specialist on student accommodation (including the Universities UK Accommodation Code of Practice), welfare and mental health related audits
Ralph is a Chartered Accountant with extensive internal and external audit experience. Since 2004 he has been our specialist in the certification of research grants, especially those funded by the EU and UK government agencies.
Richard is the Director at Uniac. He has over twenty years' experience of auditing within the HE sector and has held similar roles within the private and NHS sectors.
