Andy established Clark and Poole with Bob Poole in 2009. He is originally from Hull and has worked as an adviser in Wokingham for the last 30 years. He tells terrible jokes and loves his holidays and cooking.

Jo has a background in HR working for the Rank Group and Diageo PLC. Day to day, Jo supports the administration team and in her spare time enjoys racket sports.

Natalie has been an integral part of Clark and Poole since it was established. Prior to this she worked for Barclays. She manages the team and ensures we are up to date with the latest industry regulations. When she's not at work Natalie finds time to learn Italian.

Simon joined in 2015 and he is a local lad who grew up in Crowthorne. He has been an adviser for over 15 years and there is nothing Simon doesn't know about mortgages and works wonders in the most difficult situations. Simon is our office sportaholic.
