We use larder ingredients - just as you would make it. Our range includes: meat, poultry, fish, seafood and vegetarian products... We take a great deal of care in creating very good quality products, the majority of which are hand prepared. So, as you would expect, our factory makes our products to a scrupulous standard. And, it goes without saying, we do not use ingredients that have been genetically modified.
