Daniel joined the family business in 2016, and now is branch manager of Fiveways' Stafford branch along with being part of the senior management team.
Daniel joined the family business in 2016, with the primary aim of setting up and developing our electric vehicle scheme. The scheme, branded as Greenways Electric Vehicle Insurance offers insurance for electric and hybrid vehicles. When the opportunity arose to join the family business, Daniel decided to return to Shropshire after spending four years in London studying Airline and Airport Management. He gained valuable skills throughout his degree to which he can transfer to his new role. He has completed his Certificate in Insurance and is Cert CII qualified. Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing football, walking his playful Cockapoo and spending time with friends and family. Dan's role has expanded to look after commercial insurance clients, and managing the business along with Nigel and Lisa, being branch manager of Stafford.

Emma completed an HND in Tourism & Hospitality Management but then opted to make her career in the insurance industry, joining Fiveways Insurance Group as a trainee in 2002. Emma is now a Commercial Account Handler dealing with a range of business insurances and holds the CII Certificate and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. In her spare time Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends and keeping active!
Isabel started at Fiveways Insurance in December 2018 as an Account Handler. Isabel had four years of customer service experience in various roles before joining the insurance profession. She deals primarily with personal lines and completed her Level 3 Insurance Practitioner apprenticeship and Cert CII qualifications in 2021. She enjoys spending time with friends and loves a good binge on Netflix.
Lisa has worked in the insurance industry since 1987, initially with a Shropshire broker and then in the personal accident department of an American insurer in Bristol. She joined Fiveways Insurance Group in 1990 and managed the company's Shrewsbury office alongside husband Nigel before moving to the Newport office, initially administering personal and commercial insurances and more recently handling the accounts of the business, payroll and insurer reconciliations. As well as being involved in a variety of church activities, Lisa enjoys caravanning, reading and walking the family's dog.
After beginning his career with Eagle Star Insurance Company in 1987, Nigel joined the family business Fiveways Insurance Group in 1990. Initially, he managed the branch office in Shrewsbury, consolidating that business into the Newport office in 1997, and in 1999 became a director of the overall group. He took over as managing director, with responsibility for running and developing his family business, in 2006. Nigel holds a number of industry qualifications and is a Diploma qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Active within his local church, Nigel also enjoys playing piano, socialising with friends and caravanning.
