3 Delta Design was formed to offer knowledgeable and practical steelwork detailing services to the fabricator. Originally targeted at the smaller fabrication workshop, who probably did not want, or could afford, full 3D modeling detailing but did require such a service to compete in today's industry, the business has now grown to a position whereby projects both large and small can be accommodated... Having started detailing using 2D drawing, it quickly became apparent that such a system could not produce the work fast enough and, over 10 years ago, we integrated STRUCAD 3D modeling into the business. 3 Delta Design also now has two BOCAD licences to further enhance our modelling capabilities. BOCAD will eventually become our main modeller as we find that it is a more flexible and complete modelling program compared with others...
