HERMITAGE FM

We, Jon and Jan Sketchley, have worked tirelessly for almost 17 years to bring a local radio service to North West Leicestershire on Hermitage FM, as well as a regional service - along with the NHS and Leicestershire County Council - on CWR since 2018. Regrettably, due to Jon's prolonged illness, closure is now unavoidable. Our Community Coffee Lounge in Memorial Square, Coalville, will also close... Over the years we have raised funds for many good causes, supported hundreds of town events and helped many people find their careers in both broadcasting and hospitality. Our Community Coffee Lounge has provided a friendly place in the heart of Coalville for people to relax, socialise and enjoy good food. Our music and entertainment have been welcomed and enjoyed by so many people and we will sorely miss you - our customers and listeners.
