NOYES & NOYES - Key Persons
Andrew grew up in Gt. Dunmow, Essex, went to school at Bishop's Stortford College and King Edward VII Grammar School, Chelmsford. He graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester with a science degree in Urban Estate Management. He first worked in Northampton for Wilson & Partners, then in London for 5 years with Healey & Baker, now Cushman & Wakefield, before moving to Bidwells in Cambridge in 1986.
Andrew's interests include cycling, photography and playing in a ceilidh and bluegrass band.
Once a History teacher, Dee moved into administration for a property company, and then managed the University of Cambridge Global Security Programme. She has been the administrator for the Anglesey Group of Parishes since 2004 and joined Andrew in the business in 2008. When not running the office, managing property etc, Dee can be found dog walking, Bollywood dancing and ceilidh calling.
Karen joined Noyes & Noyes as a consultant in 2002 and is responsible for the financial management of the business and its clients' Service Charge accounts. Karen trained in Bristol with Stoy Hayward before moving to Cambridge as an Audit Manager. Since establishing her own consultancy business Karen has provided a financial management role for a variety of small owner/managed businesses, latterly specialising in the property sector including responsibility for the financial roles within property management, budgeting, portfolio asset management, planning & development project appraisal, modelling and monitoring.
