I started boxing at the early age of 11. Boxing did not just help me get fit; it taught me coordination, commitment and discipline - skills that are transferable to all parts of one's life. During my career, I had over 100 fights and have won gold medals at national and international level. I also have trained with Herol ‘Bomber' Graham and we now work together, training up and coming fighters. So I know what it takes to compete at the highest level... North London Boxing Club training sessions will help you achieve your goals. Our gym offers daily boxing classes for adults and kids at all levels.
