Debbie has been part of the team from day one and, although she doesn't do the heavy lifting, is a vital member of the team. Her responsibilities range from keeping the businesses accounts in order and keeping up with the survey reports that land on her desk to making the perfect cup of tea for Geoff. Debbie enjoys walking her dog, Charlie, in her free time.
Geoff is the founder of North Yorkshire Remedials and a certified damp proofing surveyor. He is passionate about his work, with over 35 years experience, and has no problem getting his hands dirty. In his spare time, he enjoys watching rugby league with his wife Christine and is an avid supporter of the Bradford Bulls.
Ian, Geoff's son, is an experienced damp proofer with a great attention to detail. His ability to do all remedial work to a high standard has been pivotal to the success of the business. Ian has two children, Jody and Jordan, with his partner Emma. Outside of work, he loves to tinker with his cars when he isn't visiting the stables with his family to care for their horses.
Joined the team in 2019 as a Labourer and Trainee Damp-proofer. He is hard worker and valuable member of the team. When not in work his hobbies include helping his dad with his cars.
Joe ‘Burger' Burnham has been a valued member of the team since 2012 and has quickly developed the skills to do the job right, earning him the right to take on remedial work without supervision.
