New Wave was opened by Lal Hardy in 1979, and since then we have made sure to stay rooted in the heart of tattooing. Our aim is to provide the elements of a classic tattoo shop and to keep the history of the old school alive. That said, we are open to all kinds of ideas and styles at New Wave, and every artist has their own speciality to cater to whatever image you have in your minds eye. Some of the main styles we specialise in are: Black and Grey, Tribal/Polynesian, Neotraditional, Japanese, Fineline, Blackwork and Handpoke... One of the oldest shops in London, New Wave has been part of the tattoo world since 1979. We pride ourselves on our good, clean tattooing and our welcoming atmosphere.
