Watt Property are a fantastic agency in Edinburgh. We have been with them for several years and they have always been incredibly helpful, supportive, quick to sort any issues and very flexible around us as tenants. There is definitely a "family-feel" to the agency and we have gotten to know most of the team over the years. They have all be equally friendly, professional and as always helpful. Bethany has be brilliant to work with, she is so quick to respond to emails and has a lovely manner. Pauline and Laura have also been great. They really do have a wonderful team, and we feel very lucky to have come across them. When we first signed our contract they went through every aspect of it slowly and clearly with us and we really appreciated it. They also care about the property they rent, so I had no hesitation recommending to my family when they were looking for an agency to rent their property with.
