I have been at the helm of our Bransgore office since 2009 where I am now an associate director, I have unrivalled experience of selling properties in Bransgore and love being part of the village community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, we have a passion for the outdoors and are often found enjoying the beach or walking our dog in the forest.
I moved to Christchurch in 2023 and joined Slades the following year after a long career in Local Government. Working part time allows me to volunteer at local attractions and to enjoy the Coast and New Forest in my time off.

Having spent a number of years in automotive sales, I joined Slades in 2020. After a spell at our Highcliffe Office, I have gone on to become a Senior Negotiator at the head office in Christchurch. When not at work, I enjoy spending time both on the water and in the countryside. I am grateful to live in the perfect area for both pursuits.

I have been with Slades since 2016 and am based in the Lettings office as a Senior Negotiator. Outside of work, I'm a keen golfer, always up for a pint at the pub, and I like to make the most of my holidays-whether it's a last minute weekend break or something further afield. Anything to put my feet up and unwind!
The newest member of the team ( and youngest…) I joined in the summer of 2025, with my primary role being organising and conducting viewings. I am very much a people person and love the social interaction with clients. Outside of work I enjoy socialising, playing football, and having only just turned 18, spending time in the pub!
I started the business in 1992 and have over 40 years of experience in the profession. I am a chartered surveyor and specialise in Land & New Homes. I love the challenge of finding development potential in clients' property. Outside of the office, I like to play golf, keep fit and travel.
With over 25 years of experience in estate agency, I've been helping people move since leaving school. My career has taken me through every part of the business, giving me a deep understanding of the property market and a real passion for providing great service. I became a director in 2024, and I'm proud to lead a team that shares my commitment to integrity, hard work, and results.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting out on the golf course, and playing football whenever I can.
Freddie was born and bred in Bransgore, until moving just down the road to Highcliffe, where he attended senior school. He is a frequent gym goer and has trained in martial arts for a number of years. With a calm and personal approach, Freddie is a valuable and highly thought of member of our group.
I began my career in estate agency straight after leaving school and joined Slades Estate Agents in 2020. Since then, I've gained hands-on experience helping clients through every stage of their property journey. Recently purchasing my first home, I now have first-hand insight into just how exciting - and sometimes stressful - moving can be, which helps me better support my clients.
James joined Slades in 2015 from another local firm to manage the Highcliffe Office.
James joined Slades as Branch Manager in 2015 with many years' experience , having started his estate agency career in his early 20's. Outside of work, he has two children at secondary school, so most of his spare time revolves around their various hobbies and interests. James enjoys an active lifestyle and participates in a number of different sporting activities, but there is nothing he enjoys more than family holidays with his wife and kids.
I grew up and live in Bransgore, I joined Slades in 2021 after leaving college and was based in our Southbourne office for 3 years before moving to our Bransgore office as a senior negotiator at the start of 2024. I am a confident, hardworking person who loves to help people find their dream home. Outside of work I enjoy playing football and spending time with my partner.
I have been based in the Southbourne office since 2002, becoming a director in 2024. Outside of work I enjoy sports, especially football and am a keen supporter of AFC Bournemouth. I have a passion for travelling, food and spending time with friends and family. I am dedicated to my work and get great joy from helping both buyers and sellers turn their home-moving dreams into a reality.
I opened the Bransgore Office in 1997. I am a member the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the lettings industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to my role. For the past 13 years, I've been proud to be part of the team at Slades, where I've built strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. I thoroughly enjoy the fast-paced nature of lettings and take pride in providing a friendly, professional service. Whether assisting a first-time renter or supporting a landlord with a growing portfolio, I'm always committed to delivering the highest standards of care and communication.
I joined Slades in 2001, having worked in agency prior. In my spare time I enjoy going on Holiday, music concerts and spending time with my grandsons. I am affectionally known to the team as ‘JP'
I'm someone curious about the world, both past and present. My work is a central part of who I am, but outside of that, I'm drawn to the more mysterious corners of life - crime and forensic documentaries, seeing how science unravels the truth, unsolved mysteries, and the fascinating (and sometimes absurd) world of conspiracy theories. I am interested in English history and archaeology, how the past shapes the present. I enjoy experimenting with Asian cuisine. I am a hobby butterfly. I dislike ice cream and always have.
I started my career at the Christchurch Office in 2012 and am now an Associate Director. I am an experienced valuer and negotiator with an eye for presenting my clients' homes to a high standard. In my free time, I enjoy watching Chelsea and exploring all that the local area has to offer with my wife and two young children.
I grew up in Bransgore and still live in the village, I joined the Bransgore office in 2025. When I am not at work, I enjoy walks at the beach with my husband, our 5 children and Muttley our British bulldog. With such a busy household I do enjoy the odd glass of gin… or 2!
I have worked in Lettings at Slades since the end of 2016, ensuring Landlords properties are being well looked after and tenants are happy in their homes. Outside of work, I have two grandchildren that keep me very busy and an old labrador who loves a walk along the river/beach. I go to the gym for strength training and play badminton with family every week.

I am the longest serving member of staff at Slades having joined the firm in 1993 as an administrator and have built up an in-depth knowledge of the town. I now work part time, enabling me to spend more time with my family and grandchildren.
I have worked for Slades since 1994, originally in our Christchurch office before moving to our Bransgore office in 2009 where I now work on a part time basis. I live in Christchurch where I enjoy socialising with friends and walking along the river.
Along with Miles, I am in charge of the day to day running of Fine & Country. I initially trained as a Quantity Surveyor, providing a strong foundation for the technicalities of unique homes and have spent over a decade working in the luxury property sector. I've always lived locally, so spend my spare time on the beach or forest walks, with a balance of being a self-proclaimed tech geek and keeping up with the latest technological advances.
I joined the firm in 2008 as a Director and am a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Born and bred in Christchurch, I have strong local knowledge and take a keen interest in local matters as a part of the Christchurch Chamber of Trade and The Christchurch Harbour Association.
Miles joined Slades as a partner in 2008. Miles has over 25 years' experience in the property industry and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He divides his time between Christchurch & Highcliffe Office.
Mo has moved to the area with her husband within the last three years having had various administrative roles in Oxfordshire before she moved to Dorset. She has a keen interest in property having bought and sold a few personal projects and is now enjoying helping people find their own projects and homes. She has three grown up children who are also enjoying discovering the area when they visit.
I Joined Slades in 2024 as part of the Lettings team. Outside of work, I can usually be found lifting weights at the gym, dreaming about my next car upgrade, or planning my next holiday escape. I'm equal parts petrolhead and passport stamp collector-always up for a road trip, a workout, or a weekend getaway.
Having cut my teeth in the Westbourne property market, I made the switch to Slades in 2024 as a Negotiator. I have a passion for helping my clients find the perfect home and enjoy getting creative on social media to boost our engagement. Outside of work, I enjoy running and staying active.
I am a passionate traveller, having explored the world with India being my go-to destination. I am a keen cook, I love experimenting with Asian cuisine, blending flavours and spices from my travels. I love a nice long walk in nature, and hope in the future, my walks can involve a furry companion.
