Before joining Pall Mall, Charlotte earned a degree in Civil Engineering before working in a top law firm as part of the investigations team. Charlotte says: "I moved into the financial services industry out of a desire to provide to clients guidance and assistance on how to ensure long-term financial security and independence. I value the firm's focus on providing quality service throughout the customer journey and look forward to progressing my career in this industry here." Charlotte is a Chartered Financial Planner.

Dominic joined the team at Pall Mall in 2009 after qualifying as a Solicitor. His legal background allowed him to seamlessly move from law to financial services. Dominic says: "The diversification of the work and opportunities within the finance sector were simply too tempting. I'm proud to say we have created what I believe is a great client experience at Pall Mall. Myself and the team here ensure the requirements of clients are dealt with in a professional way with a constant focus on delivery." Dominic holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University & the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Justin Bharucha is the co-founder and director of Pall Mall Financial Independence Ltd. He's been successfully advising his clients in the financial services industry since 1989. In 1994 he and his colleagues, Mark Delahunty and Steve White, established their own independent financial services operation based at 40 Pall Mall. The Pall Mall years saw exceptional growth in business due to a loyal and satisfied client base. In 2000 Pall Mall moved their new head office in Oxford Drive at London Bridge. Through proper financial planning he has structured his business life and investment portfolio specifically to create a diversity of income from different assets. The core of Justin's decision making for himself and his clients is 'Financial Independence'. Justin can ensure that all your assets are appropriately allocated, and will provide a structure to give you the clarity you need in respect of all aspects of your life, ensuring that where possible, you are able to live the rest of your life freely and without worry. Justin's personal consultancy time at Pall Mall remains his main interest as he enjoys interacting with his clients, discussing and planning the best way for them and their families to achieve their financial and life goals. He splits his time between his office at home in Sevenoaks, London Bridge and Pall Mall and is available to see clients at all 3 locations. Justin holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Mark began his career in financial services in the late 1980s, with the Endsleigh Insurance Group. He co-founded Pall Mall Financial Independence in 1997 with Justin and Steve. Totally loyal to his clients Mark's service objectives have always remained the same throughout his career to simplify clients' finances, reduce their tax exposure, drive their portfolio's forward and maximise their retirement returns.

He is the co founder and director of Pall Mall Financial Independence Ltd which provides comprehensive and bespoke financial planning to the entrepreneurial minded and to the wealthy individual. Steve holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
