Prior to joining Triple Line, Anne coordinated the full spectrum of administrative functions at d.light Limited, an award-winning social enterprise that manufactures and distributes solar products. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration & Management in Human Resource Management from St. Paul's University.
Arielle is a climate and urban analyst with experience in research, strategy, business and financial analysis, and project management.
Arielle is a climate and urban analyst in Triple Line's Manila office, providing support in desk-based research, analysis, and overall support to assigned specialists in conducting assignment activities. She has experience in both private and public sector projects, particularly in urban development, systems implementation, transport, public financial management, policy review, and strategic planning in the Philippines, United Kingdom, and Australia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics and a postgraduate degree in Environment, Policy and Development.

Bruce has over 30 years experience as an urban development specialist. He was recently Team Leader of the Cities and Infrastructure for Growth (CIG) Myanmar programme.
An environmental engineer by profession, Bruce's skills include all aspects of infrastructure provision, governance, capacity building and public financial management allowing him to contribute to all aspects of urban development. Specifically, he has advised governments on developing policies and supported them to implement reforms to strengthen decentralisation, enable inclusive local development, improve governance and leverage external assistance. Bruce has spent over 30 years working with all levels of government in over 25 countries worldwide.
Clients include the Asian Development Bank, European Union, the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Department (FCDO), UNDP, USAID and the World Bank. Recently he has led teams in a range of governance, public financial management and infrastructure programmes in Myanmar, Nepal, India, Philippines, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Laos.
A member of the Institution of Water and Environmental Management, Bruce is a chartered engineer. He has an MSc in Water and Waste Engineering for Developing Countries from Loughborough University of Technology. As well as English, Bruce speaks Nepali, Hindi and Urdu.

Clarissa has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation. She is responsible for leading and developing Triple Line's monitoring, evaluation and learning portfolio.
Clarissa leads our experts in monitoring, evaluation and learning, grant management, gender and social inclusion and policy research. She is a member of Triple Line's Board.
Clarissa has many years of experience in managing teams and projects to deliver high quality work which provides clients with the technical support they need. Her technical experience lies in designing and delivering monitoring, evaluation and learning assignments for international development, particularly for complex and multi-country programmes.
Clarissa also has extensive experience in managing grant funding programmes, from fund design and grantee selection to performance and risk management across the portfolio. Her clients include bilateral donors (DFID, USAID), foundations (Standard Chartered, GSMA), NGOs (Global Witness, elhra) and research bodies (World Resource Institute).
She received ‘Best Paper' award at the 2019 UK Evaluation Society Conference for her work on evaluating innovation funds.
Previously, Clarissa had a successful career in the UK civil service across senior posts in policy, strategy, public service delivery and reform, HR and Ministerial offices.
She has an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and Africa Studies at the University of London, and a geography degree from the University of Cambridge.
David has over 30 years' experience in economic development and the design, management and evaluation of development assistance programmes. He is the is founding director of Triple Line.
With over 30-years' experience in the management of teams and projects, David brings considerable expertise to Triple Line. He is a specialist in grant programme management, monitoring and evaluation, private sector development, agricultural development, governance, policy and research.
David has designed, managed, implemented and evaluated a number of DFID challenge funds including the Governance & Transparency Fund and the Development Awareness Fund. He also works with the multi-donor Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund and the MasterCard Foundation Fund for Rural Prosperity and has been the independent monitor for the AusAid Enterprise Challenge Fund. He has advised and designed a number of other grant funds including: economic empowerment of the extreme poof in Bangladesh and the Common Fund for Commodities.
Prior to forming Triple Line in 1999, David worked as an economist and general manager of the Coffee Industry Cooperation in Papua New Guinea (1990-93) and as an economist with the National Farmers' Union in London (1981-90).
David has an MBA from City University Business School, London, and was awarded an MSc in Agricultural Economics from Oxford University. He holds a BA in Economics & Agricultural Economics from Nottingham University. David speaks fluent French, basic Melanesian Pidgin and basic Russian.
Dharmini is the Triple Line Director for East Africa, responsible for the growth and operations of Triple Line in the region.
Donah is a M&E professional with experience in the delivery and management of MEL programmes in the East Africa reqion and a particular interest in youth and women.
Dr Alyson Brody has over 20 years' experience of supporting gender and social inclusion processes, with a focus on promoting organisational learning and providing evidence-based support to a diverse range of actors.
Shoa has nearly 30 years experience as an environment and climate change specialist. She is responsible for the Environment, Forests and Climate Change portfolio.
Shoa is a forest governance, climate change, gender and MEL expert with nearly 30 years' experience providing technical assistance to voluntary sector organisations, research institutions, governments, UN institutions and the donor community. Shoa develops, manages and grows Triple Line's work on environment and climate change. She is responsible for strategic business development as well as technical direction and delivery of projects and programmes in the fields of climate mitigation, forest governance and MEL.
She brings deep knowledge of forest policy processes involving governments, private sector, civil society, and communities; as well as extensive experience in leading and implementing large, complex evaluations and helping agencies to mainstream gender in their projects and programmes.
Shoa has a PhD in Economic Geography from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (Paris); and is fluent in French, English, Tigrinya and Amharic.

Hannah is an experienced programme and business manager in the international development sector and is Head of Triple Line Operations.
Hannah brings over 13 years' experience working in the international development sector, primarily in programme, operations, and business management. She has extensive experience of managing teams, budgets and clients, and leading large and complex bids. Her work as Head of Operations focuses on designing systems and processes that improve efficiency and coordination and improving employee experience, and recruitment, reporting to the Triple Line Board and Leadership team. She increasingly works on improving Triple Line's approach to ESG principles, ensuring the company embodies strong social values. This includes improving equality and diversity, transparency, and stronger governance.
Hannah joined Triple Line as the Programme Manager of thier flagship £20m Cities and Infrastructure for Growth programme in Myanmar which offered technical assistance to the Government. Prior to this she was the Programme Manager for the sister CIG programme in Zambia. Earlier in her career Hannah lived in Uganda where she set up a country office, recruited a team, and developed strong client relationships and was instrumental in building a regional portfolio of work.
Hannah holds a BA in Economics and Social Science from the University of Manchester, is an Agile Practitioner and has completed courses in leadership and management at the University of London, is trained in Shipley Bid Development and Management, and is currently undertaking the Future Leaders Programme with British Expertise International.

Jamie Simpson is an economic and management consultant with over 25 years of work experience related to strategic planning, public sector reform, infrastructure investment and service delivery in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. He has extensive experience leading major projects and working with governments on their strategies and investment plans.
He has worked with a number of IFIs and development agencies including the World Bank, IFC, Asian Development Bank, DFID/FCDO, the Private Infrastructure Development Group and UN organisations. In the private sector, Jamie has worked with infrastructure project sponsors, international financial institutions (banks, private equity, hedge funds) and legal advisors on transaction services.
He has worked with public and private stakeholders on local economic strategic plans and has extensive experience of designing and implementing technical assistance funding mechanisms as part of public sector reform programmes.

Mahima is a Research Analyst with Triple Line's EPAL division. She has a background in multidimensional poverty reduction, health inequity and social systems. Her research has focused on maternal health, nutrition, food systems and poverty reduction in LMICs including India and Bangladesh. She has a strong background in health, including recent research and publication on the challenges of Covid-19 for public health policy and provision. Her experience includes assessing the impact of programmes promoting improved maternal and child health through behaviour change and improving nutrition through enhanced agricultural inputs. Her work has also applied gender analysis to issues of public health, as well as examining the intersections of climate change, health and gender. She brings an extensive experience in literature synthesis, scoping reviews, systematic review, quality assessments of literature, project management, data analysis, and monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Mamta Raichura is a Consultant based in our Nairobi office and working within our EPAL team. She is an experienced consultant with a multifaceted background in MEL, Education (in displacement), Job creation, and Digital sectors within Sub-Saharan Africa.
Mamta is a competent project manager with a wide range of technical skills, including facilitating the implementation and measurement of systems change, providing technical input, and conducting quantitative and qualitative research. In addition to having a strong understanding of systems change thinking, stakeholder mapping, and impact monitoring, she has experience in designing evaluations, facilitating training sessions, and creating learning materials to facilitate adaptive programming.
Additionally, Mamta's prior experience includes working within intergovernmental spaces, in diplomatic engagement, and with civil society. Here, Mamta has demonstrated strong skills in stakeholder management and strategy development gathered through various assignments. Specifically, she has knowledge of work in a multi-lateral setting and a multifaceted experience of knowledge sharing, communications, and political analysis. Mamta holds a MSc in International Development from the London School of Economics.

Matthew is based in the UK having returned from Yangon, where he worked as Deputy Team Leader for the Cities and Infrastructure for Growth (CIG) Myanmar programme. He has over eight years of consulting experience working for clients in the UK and internationally, including the World Bank, DFID, FCO, the European Commission, and the governments of Ghana, Ethiopia and Sierra Leone, as well as local and regional governments in the UK. Matthew is experienced in a range of data analysis techniques and software, including econometric analysis, economic and financial appraisal, and GIS analysis. He is certified as a PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner.He has produced analysis to inform strategic economic planning at the city level in Rwanda, at the sub-national level in northern Ethiopia, North and South West Nigeria, and at the national level in Sierra Leone, Ghana and Nigeria. He recently completed the AfDB funded Regional Infrastructure Master Plan for the IGAD region.
Matthew has provided capacity building and technical assistance to the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing in Ethiopia, supporting the development of the Growth and Transformation Plan Phase II programme. He also produces research to shape policy and programming, most recently on complex land markets in Uganda and Somaliland for the East Africa Research Fund, and previously for DFID's Urbanisation Research Nigeria programme, and for the World Bank Nigeria and Rwanda Urbanization Reviews.

Michael is a skilled data management consultant, experienced in managing, analysing, and packaging large amounts of data. His experience to date has largely been in the agriculture, livestock and fisheries sector, in Ethiopia.
Niamh brings skills in research and project management to a wide range of technical development sectors including disaster response, cash transfers and social protection.
Niamh is a multi-disciplinary Senior Consultant at Triple Line with extensive experience delivering and managing a portfolio of disaster response and recovery and humanitarian assistance projects. Her professional experience spans work in mixed methods research, policy analysis, and project management. Her skills include compiling literature reviews, qualitative data collection and analysis, survey and questionnaire design, and facilitating focus group discussions and consultations and extrapolating key findings. Niamh has worked on a very diverse portfolio ranging in content from cash transfers girl child programmes in India and Nepal to indigenous land tenure ship and forestry management in the Amazon.
Before joining Triple Line, she worked as a Researcher on the Social Protection Technical Assistance Facility on shock-responsive and cross cutting climate assignments, as well as a Project Manager at the Centre for Disaster Protection. Key research to highlight would be the series of papers published assessing the social protection infrastructure for Ukrainian refugees in bordering countries at the onset of the conflict, cited by the FAO and used as justification for a £4 million Ukraine Facility.
Niamh holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science in Development Management, and a BA from The George Washington University where she studied International Affairs, Sociocultural Anthropology and Spanish.

Nikos is an urban specialist, with principal areas of expertise in urban and regional economic development, infrastructure, disaster and climate resilience, and inclusive growth. Over the past 12 years he has worked for a range of clients including the World Bank, FCDO, EU, USAID, Cities Alliance, Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), and local authorities.
Nikos's work has incorporated the full spectrum of the project cycle, from analytics and programme scoping and design, through implementation, and evaluation and learning.
He has a high level of familiarity with HMG business cases and ODA eligibility criteria having led and supported the development of FCDO's urbanisation strategy and options for future investments in Somalia's cities, Prosperity Fund Global Future Cities Programme (GFCP) scoping in Nigeria, and the development of the business case for an urban resilience programme in Tanzania.
Nikos also brings excellent understanding of World Bank latest trends and procedures as a result of his involvement in a number of analytics and technical assistance projects, including on informal settlements upgrading in Mogadishu, climate change adaptation planning in Latin American and Caribbean cities, assessment of the climate resilience of Dar es Salaam's transport infrastructure, spatial development in Nigeria, and preparation of a handbook on integrated urban flood risk management.

Pepe is an urban planner with over a decade of experience working across the consulting industry, government agencies (Transport for London) and international organisations (C40, United Nations).
Pepe's expertise involves working in complex multidisciplinary urban development projects incorporating research, technical assistance, knowledge management, animating city networks, stakeholder engagement and institutional strengthening. Pepe's thematic areas of experience include spatial and urban socio-economic analysis, earthquake resilience and reconstruction planning, urban climate adaptation, as well as active travel, place-making and sustainable transport.
Pepe's key achievements include animating a worldwide network of 25+ cities working to step-up action in active travel, which supported Bogotá in developing its first ever walking strategy and assisting Lima in advancing efforts to pedestrianise its historic city centre. He has also led on the update of the London Cycling Action Plan, setting a vision for cycling and active travel priority actions in post-pandemic London.
In the urban resilience space, Pepe supported Nepal in establishing a reconstruction and infrastructure investment framework following the 2015 earthquake. He worked with rapidly growing small and middle-sized cities in Latin America so they better adapt to climate change, and acted as Project Manager for the World Bank Building Urban Resilience to Disasters in the Kyrgyz Republic (2015-2016) proposing recommendations to improve the country's disaster risk management framework, as well as suggestions for reform of the Kyrgyz spatial planning system which were taken on by the country's Green Growth Strategy. Pepe was also Project Manager for the FCDO Scoping Study for a Global Future Cities Programme (2016-2017), which produced evidence used to structure a global £80 million urban development program funded by the UK government. Pepe is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Yvonne is a private sector development consultant with 10 years of work experience within Sub-Saharan Africa with a multifaceted background in business Advisory, entrepreneurship, and Innovation. She is an applied project management specialist with technical skills ranging from conducting quantitative and qualitative research, developing and facilitating the implementation of Measurement and Results Management (MRM) frameworks, and providing technical assistance. She has a strong working knowledge of systems change thinking, stakeholder mapping, and impact monitoring, and has experience in designing and conducting evaluations, designing pedagogical materials, and facilitating training including learning and reflection sessions that lead to adaptive programming.
Prior to joining Triple Line Yvonne worked at the BoP Innovation Centre where she was a Project Manager working with SMEs and last-mile distributors in creating commercially and socially viable products and services that include people at the Base of the Pyramid (BoP) as consumers, producers, and entrepreneurs. Prior to that, she worked as a service Delivery Model Specialist at IDH Trade where she supported the business growth of 2 pineapple companies in Guinea through field research and analysis, and business modelling of their respective supply chain structures leading to a solid proof of concept for blended financing.
Yvonne has a bachelor's degree in business information technology and an MSC in Management Information Systems from the University of Liverpool.
