Carole A. Elam - Founder, Managing Director

Carole founded Career Vision (Global) Ltd in 2002 on her return to the UK from the USA. She is a Leadership Development Consultant, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Learning and Development specialist, who has extensive international and domestic experience in both the public and private sectors. Carole has lived and worked in Europe, Pacific Asia and America where she was instrumental in the development of staff for Shared Service Centres. She has gained a proven record of achievement in developing and implementing coaching programmes for individuals and teams, organisation development, leadership development, performance management, psychometric assessments and learning and development to support an organisation's business strategy. Adept at taking an all-round approach to the development process of individuals and enabling leadership through change. Carole holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and is a Corporate Coach having trained with Corporate Coach U in the USA. She holds licences to conduct The Coaching Clinic®, which focuses on strategic corporate coaching skills for leaders and managers, and the Personal Coaching Styles Inventory® (PCSI) a self-assessment tool to assist leaders, managers and employees hone their communication skills. She is also trained in other coaching and development tools such as 360 Degree Feedback, Strengthscope, Emotional Intelligence and NLP.

Caroline has over 25 years' experience in the retail, hotel, engineering, and technology industries. With a background in operations and general management, she later specialised in leadership and organisation development. A hallmark of Caroline's work is her collaborative working style. Whilst possessing strong theoretical knowledge, she is highly pragmatic and results orientated. Caroline has an M.A. in Coaching & Mentoring Practice, is a Fellow of the CIPD, qualified to level B by the British Psychological Society and is licensed for MBTI, Strengthscope, Hogan Development Survey, BarOn EQ-I, OPQ, Intercultural Awareness Profile and PDI Profiler 360.

Roger Minton

His specific areas of expertise include: large scale change management programmes, design and implementation of performance management processes, introduction of HR Shared Service models, diversity strategies, leadership development programmes, talent management and succession planning, management of HR and operational aspects of mergers, acquisitions, downsizing and restructuring, personality profiling and Executive coaching. Roger is a Chartered MCIPD, qualified to A and B level by the British Psychological Society and is licensed by SHL for Assessment and Development centre delivery.

Shelagh Smith

Shelagh Smith is a Leadership Development Consultant, Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor, with over 25 years' experience in HR and OD working within the private and public sectors. She has been working as a full time consultant and coach since 2002 and her areas of specialist knowledge include delivery of business goals, strategic focus, developing personal behavioural transitions and enabling managers to lead through change. This work has included the design and implementation of bespoke organisation and leadership development initiatives with clients. She is also a qualified coaching supervisor who assists with the reflective practice and development of coaches. Shelagh holds an MA in Organisational Analysis and Behaviour, Post- Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Supervision for Coaching and Mentoring. She is also trained in multiple coaching and development tools such as MBTI, the Hogan Inventory, 360 Degree Feedback, Strengthscope, Emotional Intelligence and NLP.
