Katharine brings a broad perspective to the business, with almost 20 years management experience across a diverse range of companies and industries, including travel, retail, fashion and aerospace.

Phil first joined RML Group in 2000 as IT Programmer after studying Programming at Northumbria University. He became IT Manager in 2004, Head of IT in 2010 and then Head of Research & Development in 2017. He prides himself on his hands on approach to his work, and over the years has worked in every area of the business, designing systems that are truly tailored to the needs of each department.
Tristram is vastly experienced in the retail kitchen sector. This, together with his strong leadership skills, enables him to effectively direct and manage the delivery of the company strategy.
