Andrew McCloskey

Andrew McCloskey was appointed Head of Research and Development for AVEVA on 2 April 2018. In his role, Andrew is responsible for product development, including execution excellence, built-in quality and security, and fostering innovation across the company's global R&D efforts. Prior to this he was Executive R&D Leader for the Schneider Electric Software Business, having been appointed in 2011. He joined the group (formerly Invensys PLC) in 2006 as head of R&D for the Simulation Products team. Prior to Schneider Electric, Andrew was the lead engineer working on Space Shuttle's guidance systems for the US National Space Program, Product Development Manager at two successful start-ups that resulted in multi-million-dollar acquisitions, and Director of Engineering for the Toshiba Mobile Division where several new innovative offers were developed and drove double-digit growth for the company. Andrew directly holds several technical patents and under his leadership his teams have created over 100 new patents. Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from California Polytechnic University Pomona. He attended USC for graduate studies, and has taught university level courses in software development.

Christopher Humphrey

Chris is a qualified accountant and has over 25 years' experience managing engineering and technology companies. From 2008 until 2015 he was Group Chief Executive Officer of Anite plc, after having joined Anite in 2003 as Group Finance Director. Prior to this he was Group Finance Director at Critchley Group plc and held senior positions in finance at Conoco and Eurotherm International plc. Chris has a BA (Hons) in Economics, is a Chartered Management Accountant, a Fellow of CIMA and has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Craig Hayman - CEO

Craig joined AVEVA as CEO in February 2018, bringing more than 30 years of technology industry leadership and executive management experience. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer at software company PTC Inc, where he had responsibility for sales, marketing and development. He also served as President of the PTC Solutions Group. Prior to joining PTC, Craig was President of eBay's enterprise business and served more than 15 years in senior leadership positions at IBM. At IBM he created and grew IBM's SaaS business and initiated and led 18 high performing acquisitions. Craig returned to the UK from the US to the CEO role at AVEVA. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of London.

David joined AVEVA in 2011 as the Head of Finance before being appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in July 2016. He was heavily involved in the execution of the transformational transaction to combine AVEVA with the Schneider Electric Software Business. Upon completion of this transaction, in February 2018, David stepped down from the Board and now holds the position of Finance Director and Company Secretary. David is responsible for all aspects of the Finance function and leads the Legal and Commercial Operations teams. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Prior to joining AVEVA, David worked at Ernst & Young for 14 years in several roles within the Audit and Assurance practice.

Emmanuel has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance & Legal Affairs at Schneider Electric since 2013. He joined Schneider Electric in 2009 as Executive Vice President Finance and as a Member of the Management Board. Emmanuel began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1990. In 1993, he joined Pernod Ricard where he held several senior finance and executive positions, becoming Vice President of Development in 2001. He was appointed CFO in 2003 and Group Deputy Managing Director of Finance in 2006, supervising Finance, Information Systems and Industry Administrations. Emmanuel graduated from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) in 1989 and holds a degree in finance and accounting (DESCF).

James is a Chartered Accountant and joined AVEVA in 2004 at the time of the Tribon acquisition. Prior to his appointment to the Board, James held several senior finance roles within the Group and was Head of Finance from 2006 until 2011, when he was appointed CFO. James was Chief Executive from January 2017 to February 2018, leading the merger with the Schneider Electric Software Business before being appointed Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of the enlarged Group. Prior to joining AVEVA James worked for both Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, serving technology clients in both transactional and audit engagements.

Jennifer Allerton

Jennifer has more than 40 years' experience in technology working in multinational companies in the UK, the US, Brazil, Asia and Switzerland. Notably, she was a member of the Pharma Executive Committee and Chief Information Officer of F. Hoffmann-La Roche, with responsibility for IT strategy and operations for the Pharma division and all Group IT operations. Prior to that, she served as Technology Director at Barclaycard with responsibility for Fraud Operations and IT and held senior positions in IT at Unilever and BOC. She has degrees in Mathematics, Geosciences and Physics and speaks several languages. She holds dual nationality being a citizen of both the UK and Switzerland.

Lisa was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in November 2018. In her role, she has responsibility for driving growth through global customer and prospect engagement, go-to-market initiatives and brand development. Lisa has over 20 years of IT industry experience in software, systems and services. Prior to joining AVEVA, Lisa was Managing Director, Marketing at Vista Consulting Group, she led the Vista CMO community across more than 50 companies within the Vista Equity Partners' portfolio. Previously, she was Vice President of Power Systems Global Marketing at IBM, responsible for marketing and strategic business transformation. Lisa has been a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Women in Technology, and has dedicated time to philanthropic causes as a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Cooper

Mark has over 25 years HR experience in multinational technology companies. He holds a Master's Degree in Manpower Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Portsmouth University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Birmingham. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Mark joined AVEVA following the merger with the Schneider Electric Software Business in March 2018. Prior to joining AVEVA, Mark worked for Schneider Electric as SVP of HR for the Global Solutions Business. In his early career, Mark held various HR positions in companies such as IGT, HP, Microsoft and IBM. Mark is responsible for all aspects of the HR and the Corporate Communications Function in AVEVA.

Paula is the Senior Vice President & General Manager EMEA for Illumina Inc., the global leader in DNA sequencing and arraybased technologies. Prior to her appointment to Illumina in 2016, Paula worked for Cisco in a variety of senior sales, services and strategy roles, notably as Senior Vice President for Cloud, Software and Managed Services. Paula also led the integration of the analytics and automation software acquisitions into the larger Cisco sales force and was a board observer for one of Cisco's investments. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter Herweck has been a member of Schneider Electric's Executive Committee since 2016 and leads Schneider Electric's global Industrial Automation Business. Ravi was appointed Chief Operating Officer of AVEVA on 1 March 2018 following the merger with Schneider Electric's Software business. Previously he was Executive Vice President of the Schneider Electric Software Business and responsible for all aspects of its global P&L. Ravi joined Invensys in October 2009 as President of Asia Pacific responsible for the complete suite of portfolio and business for the region. He successfully grew and expanded the business and was appointed President, Software Business, Invensys, in 2011. For the next few years, he achieved double-digit growth for the business before it was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2014. Prior to joining Invensys, from 2006 -2009, Ravi was the CEO and Managing Director of Geometric Limited, a specialist in PLM and Engineering Services listed on the Indian stock market. He started his career in 1994 at Tata Consultancy Services, Asia's largest IT services company, and worked over 12 years in a number of roles starting in Corporate R&D and finally as the Vice President of the Engineering Services business as a member of the senior executive team. Ravi has a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering with a specialisation in process control and optimisation and a Masters in Chemical Engineering with a specialisation in process modelling and simulation.

Steen joined AVEVA on 1 June 2017 as Chief Revenue Officer. In his role he has responsibility for the business performance of AVEVA, leading all Sales functions and customer-facing activities. Steen is a highly regarded Sales and Business Executive with +20 years' experience in the IT and Software industries. Before joining AVEVA, Steen held previous executive roles in IBM, HP and IHSMarkit, where he most recently had overall responsibility for Sales Operations in both the EMEA region and the Global Energy sector. He holds a Master in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, is a member of the leading Danish Executive Business Group and sits on the board of Trackunit A/S.
