Ashton completed her LLB at Wits University. She is an admitted attorney and Notary Public of the High Court. Ashton has experience in corporate and commercial drafting and litigation as well as drafting of antenuptial contracts.
Hillary completed her B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and later her LLB. She is an admitted attorney and a qualified patent attorney. Hillary has experience in the fields of patents, particularly in the fields of chemistry, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals, registered designs, plant breeder's rights, copyright and trade marks.
Ingrid joined Rademeyer Attorneys in March 2022 after completing a BSc and LLB degree. Ingrid has experience in intellectual property, specifically Patents and Designs. She is currently serving her articles under the supervision of Monty Rademeyer.

Jean has extensive experience in the field of trade mark law. Jean has experience in copyright law, cyber law and domain name registrations and disputes. Jean obtained his LLB from UFS and his LLM specialising in IP law from the University of Stellenbosch. Jean is an admitted attorney of the High Court and a Trade Mark Practitioner and Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL).
Josh joined Rademeyer Attorneys in November 2020. He completed his studies at the University of Johannesburg in 2020, where he obtained a BCom (Law) and LLB.
Josh completed his BCom (Law) and LLB at the University of Johannesburg. Josh joined Rademeyer Attorneys at the end the end of 2020 and was admitted as an attorney in January 2023. He has experience in general and commercial litigation, debt collection, rental disputes, correspondent work, family law disputes, contractual disputes, damages claims and labour matters. Josh regularly appears in the Regional and Magistrates' courts.
Kim is an admitted attorney with over 25 years of experience, particularly in trade mark and commercial law.
With over 50 years of legal experience, Monty is highly skilled and knowledgeable on intellectual property issues.
Morné completed his LLB at the University of South Africa in 2020. He joined Rademeyer Attorneys in July 2022 and is currently serving his articles under the supervision of Kim Rademeyer. He has experience in labour law, correspondent work, debt collection and general litigation in the Regional and Magistrates' Courts.
Willem joined Rademeyer Attorneys in January 2019 after completing his BEng (E&E), BCom (Law) and LLB at the University of Johannesburg. He was admitted as an attorney and patent attorney during the course of 2021.
He has experience in intellectual property law primarily focusing on patents and registered designs. His expertise lies in patent drafting, particularly in the electrical and electronic fields, prosecuting patent applications nationally and internationally, performing patent searches (subject matter and name/entity), and drafting infringement and validity opinions.
Due to his knowledge in the electrical and electronic fields, he has a passion for systems engineering, electronic circuitry, telecommunications, control and signal processing technology.
