People First Merseyside is a self-advocacy organisation run by and for people with learning disabilities... Our mission is to ensure that the voices of people with a learning disability are heard, respected and valued and that as a result they are able to live happier and healthier lives. We support people with learning disabilities to work as a group, develop skills, make their views known and take more control over their own lives... People First Merseyside has supported adults in Merseyside since we started in 1988 and our members come from all over Merseyside.
