Alexander Lacik has been CEO of Pandora since April 2019. He is a member of the Executive Management and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Alexander has more than 25 years of leadership experience from large global consumer goods companies. Before joining Pandora, he was the CEO at childcare company Britax. Prior to that, he headed Reckitt Benckiser's North American business and held international leadership positions at Procter & Gamble. He has worked in the US, Europe and Scandinavia and led strategic international expansions delivering strong revenue gains. Alexander is Swedish and has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Växjo University, Sweden.

Anders Boyer - CFO, EVP

Anders Boyer has been the CFO of Pandora since August 2018. He is a member of the Executive Management and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Anders has 20 years' experience as CFO of large global companies across among others retail (Pandora), chemicals (Hempel) and medtech (GN Store Nord). His focus throughout the career has been turnarounds and transformations. Anders is Danish and has a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

Birgitta Stymne Göransson

David Walmsley

David Walmsley joined Pandora in April 2019 and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). David has 25 years' experience building and scaling digital consumer businesses in publishing and retail, including House of Fraser, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer. He has led digital marketing teams, engineering and product teams, and world-class data and analytics functions, always putting the customer at the heart of the digital story. At Pandora, David is leading the global digital transformation of the business. David is English and has a Master's Degree in History from University of Cambridge, England. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

Erik Schmidt

Erik Schmidt has been the CHRO of Pandora since August 2019. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Erik has extensive global transformation experience as well as operational experience from some of Pandora's key markets. He has worked more than 20 years at FTSE100, Fortune 500 and privately-owned firms, including Diageo, GE and LEGO. Erik has a strong track record of delivering large scale transformations for boards and CEOs, recruiting high-performing executives and driving culture change in support of growth. Erik is Scottish and has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Heine Dalsgaard

He has been working in the Greater China market for over a decade and has accumulated rich China market knowledge and consumer insights. Jan Zijderveld

He has more than 18 years' experience within international fashion retail, including global P&L management, omni operations, global merchandising and global expansion management. Martino has applied his skills during two major turnarounds in Europe and North America. Martino is responsible for Pandora's commercial organization including merchandising, retail excellence, store design planning & execution, and network & franchise management. Stephen has 35 years' experience from a variety of globally-known retail and fashion companies, including Mexx, Valentino, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren, where he has held design leadership roles. He is the passionate creator behind Pandora's innovative product design, and with the creative team he finds inspiration in art, nature, music, films and cultural trends around the world. Stephen is American and has a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, North Carolina.

Thomas Knudsen

Thomas Knudsen is the General Manager for the Eastern Europe cluster and has been with Pandora since December 2009. Prior to Pandora Thomas was with ECCO Shoes in Business Development, where he started his career as a management trainee. Thomas is Danish and holds a certificate in Business from "Business Academy South West", Denmark. He has completed Pandora Life Leadership programme at Harvard business School and courses through INSEAD.
