Alexander Lacik has been CEO of Pandora since April 2019. He is a member of the Executive Management and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Alexander has more than 25 years of leadership experience from large global consumer goods companies. Before joining Pandora, he was the CEO at childcare company Britax. Prior to that, he headed Reckitt Benckiser's North American business and held international leadership positions at Procter & Gamble.
He has worked in the US, Europe and Scandinavia and led strategic international expansions delivering strong revenue gains.

Anders Boyer has been the CFO of Pandora since August 2018. He is a member of the Executive Management and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Anders has 20 years' experience as CFO of large global companies across among others retail (Pandora), chemicals (Hempel) and medtech (GN Store Nord). His focus throughout the career has been turnarounds and transformations.

Birgitta Stymne Göransson was born in 1957 and holds a Swedish citizenship.

Prior to Pandora David has worked for several larger and well-known Australian Retailers across different categories in apparel, footwear, consumer electronics, sportswear, lingerie and jewellery industries.
David is Australian and has a Post Graduate Diploma Business Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He has completed Pandora Life Leadership programme at Harvard Business School.

David Walmsley joined Pandora in April 2019 and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
David has 25 years' experience building and scaling digital consumer businesses in publishing and retail, including House of Fraser, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.
He has led digital marketing teams, engineering and product teams, and world-class data and analytics functions, always putting the customer at the heart of the digital story. At Pandora, David is leading the global digital transformation of the business.
David is English and has a Master's Degree in History from University of Cambridge, England. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

Erik Schmidt has been the CHRO of Pandora since August 2019. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Erik has extensive global transformation experience as well as operational experience from some of Pandora's key markets. He has worked more than 20 years at FTSE100, Fortune 500 and privately-owned firms, including Diageo, GE and LEGO.
Erik has a strong track record of delivering large scale transformations for boards and CEOs, recruiting high-performing executives and driving culture change in support of growth.

Irving has extensive experience from a wide number of transforming and growing businesses in the FMCG sector including Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, Bacardi-Martini and L'Oréal. He has been working in the Greater China market for over a decade and has accumulated rich China market knowledge and consumer insights. Most recently, Irving was with Avon where he was double heading as Managing Director of Asia Pacific & General Manager of China.
Irving is a Malaysian national & Hong Kong permanent resident and has an MBA from The University of Leicester.

Jan Zijderveld was born in 1964 and holds a Dutch citizenship.

Jeerasage has been leading, for over 12 years, the manufacturing operations of one of the world's leading fashion jewelry brands both in Thailand and Vietnam.
Prior joining the jewelry industry, for over twenty years, he has been leading supply chain and large mass production operations, in the watch industry for various multi-national companies across Switzerland, USA, Hong Kong SAR, China and Thailand.

Luciano Rodembusch joined to Pandora from Tiffany & Co., where he spent more than 10 years in international leadership roles, most recently as SVP Americas. His last role was SVP Americas. Luciano has many years of experience within growing global brands, focus on the consumer and the jewellery industry. He has previously held positions in sales, marketing and management at Diageo, Bristol-Meyers Squibb and Procter & Gamble.
Luciano is Brazilian and has an MBA in business administration from Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil.

Martino joined Pandora from a position as President of H&M North America. He has more than 18 years' experience within international fashion retail, including global P&L management, omni operations, global merchandising and global expansion management. Martino has applied his skills during two major turnarounds in Europe and North America.
Martino is responsible for Pandora's commercial organization including merchandising, retail excellence, store design planning & execution, and network & franchise management.

Martín Pereyra is the General Manager for the Latin America cluster and has been with Pandora since February 2017.
Martín has more than 20 years of experience within luxury retail, travel, and consumer goods. He has extensive experience in brand and business development and general management in the Latin American region, as well as within the U.S. and EMEA regions. Prior he has held several executive roles in LVMH Starboard CS Duty Free Retail (U.S.), Nestle Nespresso SA (Italy, with wide coverage over several countries and start-up in Brazil) and LVHM Moet Hennessy (Brazil, Venezuela, Uruguay and Argentina).
Martín is Argentinean and has an MBA from Ibmec Business School and attended the Leadership Programme at London Business School.
Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson has been the CMO of Pandora since October 2022. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Mary Carmen has more than 25 years of experience in leadership and in building and expanding global brands across FMCG and Prestige Beauty categories. Before joining Pandora, she led the turnaround of the iconic Axe / Lynx brand at Unilever and held several international positions at Procter & Gamble across North America and Europe.
Mary Carmen has a strong track record of delivering successful business transformations, accelerating global brand growth, and building winning team cultures.
Mary Carmen is a Dominican Republic-born United States and Spanish national. She has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Williams College of Business.

Massimo Basei is the General Manager for the Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa Cluster and has been with Pandora since July 2010.
Massimo started as Country Manager in Italy, leading Pandora into the market. Since January 2016 he has headed the Southern Europe Cluster as General Manager based in Italy. Prior to joining Pandora he held different roles in Sàfilo with responsibilities within sales and marketing in different Countries, as well as Field Sales Executive at Barilla.
Massimo is Italian and has a Master of Science in Economics of International Trade and Foreign Exchange Markets from the University of Trieste. He has completed Pandora Life Leadership programme at Harvard Business School.

He has 20 years of experience from global companies in luxury & apparel lifestyle, both in emerging and mature international markets. He spent 6 years as General Manager for Cartier Spain/Portugal.

Rasmus Brix is the General Manager for the British Isles cluster and has been with Pandora for 4 years.
Rasmus began his Pandora career in October 2016 as Vice President of Business Development and in 2018 was promoted to Chief Transformation Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team. In that role, Rasmus successfully led the transformation and turnaround Programme Now.
Before joining Pandora, Rasmus worked 5 years as a Management Consultant in Qvartz, most recently as an Engagement Partner.
He is commercial focused and has a strategic mind with extensive knowledge of retail. Rasmus is Danish and has a master in Logistics and SCM from Aarhus School of Business

Sonia López Delgado is the General Manager for the Northern Europe cluster and has been with Pandora since July 2018.
Sonia joined Pandora in 2018 as Country Director for Pandora Spain, one of the two leading markets in Western Europe. Sonia has extensive experience within sales, marketing and merchandising in Spain and in the Iberian peninsula with a strong background in retail. Before joining Pandora, she was General Manager Iberia at The Body Shop. Previously, she held senior positions at LVMH Fragrances Brands and El Corte Inglés.
Sonia is Spanish and has a Master in Sales & Marketing from ESIC Business and Marketing School.

Stephen Fairchild has been the CPO of Pandora since November 2011. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Stephen has 35 years' experience from a variety of globally-known retail and fashion companies, including Mexx, Valentino, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren, where he has held design leadership roles.
He is the passionate creator behind Pandora's innovative product design, and with the creative team he finds inspiration in art, nature, music, films and cultural trends around the world.
Stephen is American and has a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, North Carolina.

Thomas Knudsen is the General Manager for the Eastern Europe cluster and has been with Pandora since December 2009.
Thomas has during his time in Pandora been involved in establishing several subsidiaries and distributor markets. He has also managed the Pandora business in the Middle East & Africa for several years before returning to Warsaw, Poland. Prior to Pandora Thomas was with ECCO Shoes in Business Development, where he started his career as a management trainee.
Thomas is Danish and holds a certificate in Business from "Business Academy South West", Denmark. He has completed Pandora Life Leadership programme at Harvard business School and courses through INSEAD.
