Aaron joined Price Bailey from a top 10 firm in June 2010 as a corporate partner and now specialises as a tax partner working in our tax consulting team.
Aaron looks after a significant portfolio of clients, providing advice on a range of tax matters, dealing with corporate restructuring and transactions. He has a particular specialism in share transactions, including share schemes and SEIS/EIS investments. His aim is to make complex tax planning understandable for his clients. He divides his time between the Norwich and Cambridge offices.
Adam is an Audit Partner in our Corporate team and joined Price Bailey in 2022 from a top 4 accountancy practice, having worked there since 1998 in various roles.
Adam is based in the Cambridge office and has a strong, well-established professional network in the area. He leads and is a key member of "Pro Network", of which Price Bailey is an active member.
Adam has specialised working with privately owned, venture capital-backed and private equity-owned businesses across a range of sectors, including fast-growing tech companies, high-end fashion brands, and other privately-owned retail businesses; whilst also fulfilling internal secondments in training and strategy.
Adam is an Manager based in Price Bailey's Norwich Corporate team. Adam joined Price Bailey in November 2019, having obtained his ACA Qualification in 2017 at a regional accountancy practice.
Adam's time is focused on corporate clients (both audit and non-audit), along with building on his specialism within the not-for-profit sector. Adam works with a wide variety of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to charity and academy clients.
Outside of work, Adam is a keen sportsman and avid football fan.

Alan joined Price Bailey in 1991, qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1996 and has managed the Business Systems team for the practice since its inception in 2001.
Alan worked with a wide range of Business and Corporate clients, and managed a mixed portfolio, prior to the creation of the Business Systems team. Whilst working with Business and Corporate clients, he gained extensive experience of bookkeeping and management accounts requirements as well as the issues that clients face with different systems and processes.
As a requirement to become a small and mid-market Sage business partner, Alan has completed an extensive training and accreditation programme, gaining a status for Price Bailey which very few other Accountancy practices hold. Alan has in-depth knowledge of the wide range of add-ons and bespoke tailoring the Price Bailey offer for Sage and can offer a range of options for a client's needs.
Alan was part of the team which assessed which Cloud accountancy and complimentary software products Price Bailey should offer and can advise on cloud versus desktop, and which add-ons are most applicable.
Throughout Alan's career, he has worked on a number of specialist reporting and consultancy assignments, incorporating a number of different systems, and can provide advice on a wide range of reporting and processing issues.
Alessia joined Price Bailey at the end of August 2022. She is an Assistant Manager within the Business Team based in the Cambridge office and became ACA qualified in December 2021.
She specialises in accounts work for a variety of clients all varying within sector and size. She also has in depth knowledge of cloud accounting softwares, for example, Xero.
Outside of work, Alessia is a huge football fan and a big follower of Arsenal.
Alex joined Price Bailey in December 2019 but was also previously a trainee with Price Bailey from 2004 to 2008. He is part of the compliance team but specialises in professional studies and is based in the Bishop's Stortford office.
His main role is to support all the students across the whole of the firm in working towards their various qualifications. He is particularly involved in assisting the students to achieve their apprenticeships in addition to their professional qualifications. Also assisting with other technical compliance for the firm.
Alex also holds the FCA qualification. Outside work, Alex enjoys playing football and cricket and spending time with his family.
Alice is a Manager in the Corporate team, based in the Norwich office. She joined Price Bailey in the Autumn of 2014, having previously worked in the accounts department of a Formula One team as well as in a small accountancy practice where she obtained her professional qualification.
Alice now focuses the majority of her time on the not-for-profit sector, working on a wide range of charity clients. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of both audits and independent examinations. Her work also includes much involvement in the academy sector, whether this be in respect to the year-end audits of multi-academy trusts but also providing assistance throughout the year.
Outside of work, Alice is a trustee of a local charity and enjoys giving something back to the community. Having grown up in France, she likes to takes trips back when time permits.
