BEATING ANGER

In 2010 British Association of Anger Management launched clinics across the UK and has trained anger coaches to facilitate this unique method of anger management known as the Aggression Prevention Training (APT). It is now possible to attend workshops closer to you and with that in mind BAAM would like to continue making these programmes accessible to the public in every large town across the UK by the year 2016... All sessions are conducted in a structured way offering a psycho-educational approach allowing for maximum learning. This allows for everyone to explore their anger at their own pace. By attending any of the workshops or doing one to one work you will discover your anger triggers, anger styles, where your anger comes from, why you react the way you do, identify your own natural resources, learn the six golden rules of anger management, identify your anger substitutes, learn simple coping strategies, deal with trauma, stay in the FLOW and generally beat yours and other..
