George Dzyacky (Di-za'-key) is the owner of 2ndpoint Operations Training Consultants. George has spent most of the last twenty-five years improving the training of U.S. Refining and Petrochemical Operations Staff; field operators, chief operators, console operators and supervisors... George retired from BP after 30 years in refinery operations. George was himself a console operator and over the course of his 30-year career occupied virtually every operating position on a typical process unit, including console operator trainer. George was awarded the Amoco Whiting Refinery highest recognition award three times for the development of advanced console operator decision support technologies and holds a patent on a distillation technology. Depending on the severity of the flood, consequences range from off spec products to equipment damage and tower shutdown.
