4C was established in 2006 by John Tuttle, a 30+ year veteran of the construction industry with worldwide experience in engineering, project management, general contracting and specialty subcontracting. His range of experience throughout the US, Europe, Australia, and North Africa across a broad range of projects including hospitality, stadiums, hospitals, jails, commercial, utilities, and waste water treatment plants, offers clients a unique and valuable perspective in navigating the often inefficient and problematic construction industry...
