A-Power Computer Ltd. was founded in 1999 by Raymond Chen and Elizabeth Chan. We started with a modest store in Burnaby, BC. In the beginning we were just the two of us. But our dedication to the day-to-day interaction with our clients paid off. Our first clients were so happy with the way they were treated, that they referred friends and family to us. As a result, our small company grew tremendously that year.
