Craig Estep

As Regional Vice President for the Central Region, Craig Estep heads up strategy and operations for the 19 ADESA locations within the region. Estep has more than 30 years of auction industry experience, equipping him with a deep knowledge of operations and strong industry and customer relationships. Before being named RVP-Central in 2022, Estep led ADESA New Jersey as General Manager for eight years after serving as Assistant General Manager for four years. Prior to joining ADESA New Jersey, Estep held a number of roles for Manheim Statesville in North Carolina and at auto auctions in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Rochester, New York. Estep studied business administration and general management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Doug Shore

As Regional Vice President for the East Region, Doug Shore leads strategy and operations for the 18 ADESA locations within the region. He also leads capital project allocation across ADESA's vehicle logistics centers nationwide. Shore has held a number of auction and corporate leadership roles within the company since joining ADESA in 1997 as an assistant controller. He has served as Assistant General Manager of ADESA Indianapolis, General Manager of ADESA Toronto, Director of Acquisitions and Business Development, Senior Vice President of Auction Operations, Regional Business Manager, and Vice President of Business Operations. He was named Regional Vice President-Central Region in 2017 and moved to his current role as RVP-East in 2021. Shore earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Butler University in Indianapolis and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is active in NAAA, chairing the Finance and Budget Committee and serving as Executive Board member/treasurer and as treasurer of the Services Corporation.

Eddy Cusan

Eddy first joined OPENLANE in 2007 as a program director overseeing several North American private label programs. In 2011, Eddy transitioned to Senior Director Sales and Marketing for ADESA. He took on additional responsibilities including the leadership of the executive sales team and the comprehensive sales strategy for all KAR entities in Canada. In 2017 he was promoted to his current role as Vice President of Commercial Sales. In addition to his experience with KAR companies, Eddy previously work within the OEM captive finance sector for fifteen years. Eddy has a proven track record of working with our clients to identify and implement end-to-end remarketing solutions using our entire suite of advanced products and offerings while elevating the customer experience with superior analytics and service. He holds a BComm from McGill University and an MBA from City University of Seattle.

Geoffrey Parker

Geoff Parker is Vice President of Major Dealer Accounts for ADESA. In this role, he directs and activates the team that develops relationships with ADESA's large-scale buyers and sellers. Parker has worked in various roles with ADESA, giving him a wide background in management (local and regional), operations, and sales. An auto remarketing industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Parker started his career with the company at ADESA Dallas in 2003, rising through the ranks to the role of Assistant General Manager. After moving back home to serve as ADESA Cincinnati/Dayton General Manager for eight years, Parker became a Regional Vice President for ADESA in 2016 and was promoted to VP, National Accounts Enterprise Solutions - Dealer in 2021. He was named Vice President of Major Dealer Accounts in 2023. Parker was honored as one of Auto Remarketing's Power 300 in 2015 and has served on the membership committee for the NAAA since 2015. Parker graduated from Hillsdale College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) degree and a minor in English.

Gregg Maidment

As general manager of ADESA Winnipeg and senior vice president of Canadian operations, Gregg Maidment oversees all ADESA operations in Ontario and Western Canada, in addition to managing auction activities at ADESA Winnipeg. A seasoned auto auction veteran, Maidment began his career in the industry in 1986 as owner/partner of Canadian Auction Group, with 12 locations coast to coast in Canada. After ADESA acquired Canadian Auction Group, he was named general manager and regional vice president of Western Canada. He was elevated to senior vice president, Canadian operations, in 2005. A graduate of Reisch Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, Maidment began his career as an auctioneer at the Montreal/Toronto Auto Auctions in 1985. He has continued his professional education and training, earning certifications including Leadership Excellence from Disney University in Florida; The Human Operating System from Senn Delaney Leadership in California; and Public Presentations from Rogen Canada in Ontario. Maidment is a long-time member of the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA). He is an active philanthropist in the Winnipeg community, supporting dozens of charities annually by donating his time and auction services. He has received many professional awards, such as the Golden Gavel from the Ford Motor Company, Canada, in 1998 and in 2003. In 1999, he received Canada's DaimlerChrysler Achievement Award. Under his leadership, ADESA Winnipeg won the ADESA auction of the year award for Canada in 2014, and in 2016, ADESA Winnipeg was named Eastern chapter auction of the year by the NAAA.

John Combs

As Vice President of Commercial Customer Solutions, John Combs oversees commercial clients throughout the United States. With a diverse skill set of auction operations, sales, and management, he brings both strong leadership and significant insight to the ADESA sales team. Combs has more than 30 years of industry experience. His professional remarketing career began in 1991 as the Reconditioning Manager for ADESA Memphis; he was later promoted to Fleet/Lease Manager and Arbitration Manager there. Since then, he has held multiple management positions including Fleet/Lease Manager and General Sales Manager for Dealers Auction of Dallas, Remarketing Manager for Sunstar Acceptance Corp., and National Auction Remarketing Manager for Bank One Credit Company. In 2000 he opened a greenfield site, ABC Indianapolis, as General Manager. He returned to ADESA in 2006 to serve in key roles, including Executive Sales Director and General Manager of ADESA San Diego, before taking on the role of Vice President of Commercial Customer Solutions. Combs holds a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington.

Lawrence Cubitt

As Regional Vice President for the West region, Lawrence Cubitt is responsible for strategy and operations of the 19 ADESA locations within the region. Cubitt started his career in the automotive remarketing industry in 1994, as Regional Remarketing Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 1999, he joined the sales team at Flint Auto Auction. After serving in multiple departments and assisting in the launch of the detail/reconditioning shop, he was appointed General Manager in 2005. Under his leadership, the auction earned numerous industry awards. Cubitt joined ADESA through the acquisition of Flint Auto Auction, now ADESA Flint, in 2016. He was promoted to RVP-West in 2019. Cubitt received his bachelor's degree from the University of South Dakota and his MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint.

Mehul Ghantiwala

Mehul Ghantiwala serves ADESA as Vice President of Finance. He has devoted his career to ADESA, joining ADESA Los Angeles in 2006 as a staff accountant and working his way up the ladder with promotions to positions of increasing responsibility. He relocated to Indianapolis to join the corporate office in 2018 as Director of Finance and was promoted to Senior Director and then VP in 2021. Ghantiwala holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from the University of California-Riverside and is a CPA.

Mike Caggiano

Mike Caggiano serves as Executive Vice President, ADESA Operations. In this position, he is responsible for leading strategic development and primary business operations at the company's 56 locations across the nation. Caggiano entered the remarketing industry in 1985 with a Massachusetts-based leasing company, where he was later promoted to General Sales Manager. He joined ADESA Boston in 1996 as General Sales Manager, where he was in charge of the auction's dealer consignment sale. In 2000, he opened ADESA Concord, a greenfield site in Acton, Massachusetts, and led the team there as General Manager. In 2007, he was promoted to Regional Vice President of ADESA's East region and then to Executive Vice President of the East Region in 2013. He became the Executive Vice President of U.S Operations in 2020, and later served as Executive Vice President of North American Operations before assuming his current title and role. An active participant in the NAAA Membership Committee, Caggiano holds a bachelor's degree from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire.

Scott Drehs

Scott Drehs, Vice President of Dealer Sales Operations, works with peer leadership to provide a well rounded, opportunistic, and encouraging corporate environment for the Field Sales team at the vehicle logistics centers. A seasoned auto industry veteran, Drehs has extensive remarketing experience and a deep understanding of direct and indirect financing, as well as of automotive retail operations. He joined KAR Auction Services in 2004 as Vice President of Credit Services at AFC. Drehs served in several leadership roles at AFC, culminating in his promotion to Vice President of Operations for the Central Division in 2017. He joined ADESA in 2019 as the VP of Major Dealer Accounts, where he led the MDA sales team in their quest to grow and create sustainability with the larger enterprise dealer groups for all KAR Global platforms. Drehs holds a BSPA-Management degree from Indiana University-Bloomington.

Scott Meyer

As Vice President of Corporate Operations & Special Projects for ADESA, Scott Meyer oversees transportation, call center and customer service operations, compliance, and ADESA Assurance. Meyer began his career with ADESA in 2003 as Assistant Controller for ADESA IMPACT. In 2004 he moved to the company's corporate finance group, and then returned to ADESA in 2006 as Controller. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2013, serving in that capacity for a decade before taking on his current role. Prior to joining ADESA, Meyer worked as an accountant and senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche from 1999 to 2003. Meyer holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University.

Shawn Humphries

Shawn Humphries is ADESA's Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, he leads IT operations and develops strategies to leverage emerging technologies to promote organizational growth. Humphries came to ADESA in 2017 as Director of Engineering after more than 15 years with Baker Hill, a leading FinTech company in the Midwest. He helped Baker Hill through two major sales and transitions, first with Experian and later with private equity. Humphries had first explored the auto remarketing industry as VP of Software Development for fast-paced startup DriveCentric. At ADESA, he was promoted to VP of Product Development for physical auctions in 2020 and moved into his current role in 2022. Humphries graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Simon Robitaille

Simon Robitaille joined ADESA in 2007 as a business manager and was quickly appointed operations manager. Robitaille was promoted to general manager of ADESA Quebec City in 2009. In 2011 Robitaille accepted a position with ADESA Montreal as general manager until his promotion to general manager and regional vice president for eastern Canada for ADESA in March 2016. He is responsible for providing guidance throughout the region and helping to expand and enhance operations in these key markets. Robitaille holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Laval University.

Tom Kontos

Tom Kontos is Chief Economist for ADESA and leads ADESA Analytical Services. In this position, Kontos interfaces with key clients and dealers, Wall Street and automotive analysts, and members of the media to provide information and insight on economic trends in the vehicle remarketing industry. His monthly "Kontos Kommentary" is a popular must-read for tracking used vehicle market trends. ADESA's Analytical Services team is considered a value-added resource for ADESA customers, producing actionable annual, bi-annual, quarterly and ad hoc customized studies for dealer and commercial clients. Kontos was honored with the "Icon of the Automotive Industry Award" by the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance and the National Auto Auction Association in 2016. Kontos holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He has taught at Birmingham-Southern College and Trevecca University and participated in the Master of Liberal Arts and Science Program at Vanderbilt University.

Trevor Henderson - COO

Trevor first joined ADESA in 2002 and has a proven track record for leading operations and technology teams in the creation, implementation and support of both business and online auto remarketing programs. He was instrumental in the development and growth of industry-leading products such as ADESA LiveBlock and ADESA DealerBlock. Previously, Trevor served as vice president of e-business and business development for ADESA Canada and then managing director of OPENLANE Canada and in 2014 he was appointed to his current role as chief operating officer of ADESA Canada. Trevor has vast institutional knowledge of the auction business. He has proven to be a strong leader and has previously demonstrated his ability to grow our Internet-based remarketing platforms. He holds a BA from McMaster University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Wesley Kent

Wesley joined ADESA in 1999 as an online coordinator at ADESA Halifax. In 2001 he accepted a newly created position with the online team at ADESA Canada. The team was responsible for launching ADESA.ca, DealerBlock and LiveBlock and bringing upstream private label platforms to market for commercial clients. In 2004, Wesley became a program manager and oversaw product development and online operations. In 2012 Wesley accepted a position as senior director of online operations until his promotion as vice president of programs and operations where his focus is to enhance the customer experience across Canada through technology and service improvements. He holds a Business Bachelor from Acadia University. He is co-lead with the Canadian IARA technology and standards committee.
