Dave Hansen-Lange

Dave joined Advomatic in 2007 and has been developing websites since 2003. He is passionate about improving Drupal's performance, maintainability, and security. As Advomatic's Director of Technical Strategy he works to improve quality and process on all projects. He's been the Technical Strategist on many projects, including websites for The U.S. Department of State, Columbia University, The Clinton Foundation, the ACLU, and Stanford School of Humanities and Sciences. Dave has lived in places far and wide and has been very active with Drupal communities around the world.

Heather Wozniak

Heather has been developing sites with Drupal since 2005. She likes to build sites that are as intuitive for content editors as they are for end users. She joined Advomatic after spending nine years at the University of Washington, where she established a successful program building and supporting websites for academic departments. Before coming to Seattle, she spent many years at UCLA earning a Ph.D. in English and working as a web developer, instructional technology consultant, and accessibility consultant. Some of her favorite pastimes include exploring national parks, going to Disneyland, and playing board games with her friends and family.

Sarah Durham

Sarah is an entrepreneur and creative consultant with a passion for helping nonprofits communicate more effectively so they can advance their missions. She founded Big Duck (www.bigduck.com) in 1994 to help nonprofits increase their visibility, raise money, and communicate more effectively. In 2019, she acquired Advomatic (www.advomatic.com), to help them online. She spends her days guiding these businesses and talking with nonprofit leaders about their communications. The author of Brandraising: How Nonprofits Raise Visibility and Money Through Smart Communications (Jossey-Bass/Wiley, 2010), Sarah's expertise has been borrowed by NPR, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, Guidestar, and others. She is a sought-after speaker on branding, fundraising, and other nonprofit communications topics. She was named a "top fundraiser under 40" by Fundraising Success magazine in 2006, and one of the most influential women in technology by Fast Company magazine in 2010. As an adjunct professor at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, Sarah taught strategic communications to other aspiring nonprofit communicators for many years. Theresa Gutierrez Jacobs

Theresa Gutierrez Jacobs is an expert project manager with over a decade of agency experience ranging from traditional advertising to digital strategy. An 18-month journey traveling the world inspired her to put her marketing expertise to work for both local nonprofits and global NGOs. Since then, she has worked within agencies that serve nonprofits, including several years working at our sister agency, Big Duck. Theresa lives in Seattle with her husband and toddler, where they find time to be near the water or hiking in the mountains as often as possible.
